"Not a good experience.\r\nI ordered a gear indicator for a 2014 Triumph Tiger Sport from their website.\r\nI entered the year and model of the bike and the webpage said in big bold letters \u201cThis part fits your current vehicle:\r\nTriumph Tiger Sport 1050 2014\u201d unfortunately after receiving and fitting this part it turns out that it was not the correct part and was in fact for a much earlier Triumph Tiger that did not have ABS.\r\nWhen I contacted Demon Tweeks and pointed out that their webpage was wrong, their answer was to check the webpage and point out that in much less noticeable print than the \u201cThis part fits your current vehicle:\r\nTriumph Tiger Sport 1050 2014\u201d it said \u201cNon-ABS Models\u201d. I then pointed out that Triumph did not make a Tiger Sport without ABS and that their website directed me to this product.\r\nTheir answer was \u201c this is your problem, not ours\u201d\r\nIt seems that they will cling to any excuse rather than provide good customer service - there are plenty more bike accessories retailers around."

"Absolutely disgusting company and the people who work there are the worst kind i ever come across i spend \u00a31000 on brand new alloys plus tyres i asked them to fit and include new tyres because i did not want the tyres fitted at a local garage who might damage the alloys well well well what a shambles they delivered them and the alloys have scratched all around the lip of the alloy clearly done by the machine that fits tyres i called them and i get fobbed off by an absolute C**NT and he tried to tell me i only had 48hrs after receiving my alloys to complain or bring up any issues!!! No way thats not what the law states so im taking these lot to court how dare they sell me brand new alloys which i paid nearly \u00a31000 for them to be damaged and scratched hell no and i will do what it takes in my power to get these F**ckers dealt with accordingly!!! People do not buy anything from this site and if you read the reviews looks like im not the only person who has had an experience from hell from these lot STAY AWAY DO NOT SPEND A PENNY ON THESE SCAMMING BASTARDS!!!!"

"Bought tyres what was in stock and ready for dispatch. Then told not Instock and would have to wait .... rang up to change at 17:00 ...got passed to sales at 17:10 left on hold for 3 hours saying will be answered soon and I was first in the que to find out myself that the staff finished at 17:30. All I got was sorry. And the email response times. Your looking at days maybe even starting to go into weeks for a response....\r\n\r\n\r\nTerrible service ill be posting videos and more on more review sites and car and bike formus so people are aware"

"My package was sent express ups and has been sitting in the depot for weeks and I finally get a reply from demon tweeks saying it's my responsibility to contact ups and sort it out. Worst customer service I've had for such an expensive product. Looks like it will be sent back if I can't get to Sydney in time and try to explain the package is mine. \n"

"Ordered a set of tein lowering springs ,they came damaged,the box had clearly been dropped by the delivery company,tried fobbing me of telling me that they came like that from the manufacturer...I highly doubt that a reputable company would send out a damaged items.\nTold that they would be fine to put on my car.....sorry...did you just expect me to put a set off \u00a3900 coilovers on my car that could potentially be damaged? No sorry,not happening. \nThen they tried to fob me off with a \u00a325 gift card if I kept them lol.\nTold me I would have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement and then changed their mind to just over a week!\nBad customer service considering I had to chase them up after they said they would ring me back."
