The majority of their sofas and furniture are imported from South China, primarily from Baotian Furniture Co., Ltd. This deceptive practice misleads customers who believe they are purchasing authentic Italian products. The company's modus operandi involves taking orders over a prolonged period (20-25 weeks) and consolidating them into a container shipped to the United Kingdom. Numerous negative reviews highlight dissatisfaction with this lengthy and untransparent process. The questionable practices of Denelli Italia raise concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to fair trading standards. Quite simple really… 1. We bought a dining table. 2. Denelli delivered the wrong one (which was also damaged). 3. As with other reviewers experiences, denelli have completely ignored our requests for this table to be collected & the correct one to be delivered. 4. I know the stuff in the store looks great - but please… there are just too many similar reviews to mine… buy from elsewhere. These guys are crooks.

ordered 2 sofas quoted 8-12 weeks goods arrive 22 weeks later one sofa arrived damaged some 8 months later we are still waiting for denelli to resolve and fix client care / service is non existent I would not recommend this company to purchase from

We ordered a sofa in early spring and were told it would be 12-14 weeks. Having no communication as we came up to 14 weeks, we were told to expect it 3 weeks late due to a foam shortage. We again phoned when they said it would be delivered, and have now been told another 3 week delay- a full 20 weeks since we ordered it. Their website still says to expect sofa delivery in 12-14 weeks so if you are in need of a sofa in this lifetime, do not order from here. Very annoyed we had. If we could cancel the order and go somewhere else, we would without hesitation.

Delivery delays, have to chase my self fot update . After sale Customer service below average, poor commucation, when part was missing, then wrong part sent.

Purchased a few items from Denelli and service was good obviously until one item I received was damaged. I contacted them and I got fobbed off with a typical sales Rep answer to say the least. Extremely poor after care service to say the least ! Go elsewhere with your shopping. Charlie

Terrible after sales I waited 8 weeks for my divan bed only for it to arrive damaged and malfunctioning. The fitter made me sign the documents confirming the fault and I had to chase Denelli for several weeks without any resolution. After 16 emails Where I mostly repetead the same thing over and over again the manager responded ’ The manufacturer has said it is very unlikely the hydraulics are faulty’ 2200 pounds later I have a bed that doesn’t work , can’t be lifted , doesn’t have hydraulics attached and is not working properly . Denelli has yet to come up with a solution and has to be chased daily . Finally after a string of emails they offered to repair the bed in one month because ‘Italy is closing for Christmas’ and all that without any admission of fault . If they really cared about this being resolved they would have sent an engineer and ordered a spare part via DHL - it can be delivered overnight rather then inconveniencing me for 2 months . I have asked them for a return or a refund due to the fact they need to comply with EC regulations for items purchased online . They said they had too many requests for that and prefer to repair instead . As far as it concerns me , I have purchased an expensive new bed and should be consulted if I want a repair and if I am happy to wait . In the absence of that I should be compensated partially or in full and not be forced to depend on someone’s abysmal after sales service while having a faulty bed for months . I would not use this company ever again . Their goods are expensive Italian design Chinese manufactured goods and I wish I read the negative reviews before I decided to purchase.

Bit of Fake Leather! Bought an Alonzo ‘Leather’ sofa and after 6 yrs of use, the truth has come out. The sofas they sell are not completely leather!!! I am still happy with the comfort and rigidity of the sofa even now, but they use artificial leather mostly. The seat, back and arm rests are genuine leather but the rest is not which means around half of the material used is rexine or faux leather. I’v had the layer peeling off from the 6th year onwards and it looks really bad. Life of genuine leather sofa is much more and this is wrong to sell fake stuff in the name and price of Leather!!! You are better of purchasing from the high street brands, they won't do this and might be cheaper as well. I am happy to provide pictures and original receipts if required!!!

Bought what should be a beautiful monte Carlo coffee table to go with the rest of our set purchased elsewhere. When it arrived there is a very visible line which stands out like a sore thumb right down the middle of the table and looks horrible in comparison to the other furniture. Not happy with denelli italias response of tough luck really. Would not use again and would not recommend!

I bought Marshmellow sofa early this year. On the website it shows Italian leather so I assumed it was made in Italy with Italian leather but when I got the delivery I could see it was not Italian quality. The sofa and the leather is of very poor quality. When I rang to complain I was told that the sofa was made in China and NOT Italy. I was told though it was made in China the leather was Italian. I did not understand that. I do not think any of the products they sell are made in Italy. Please ask the question "where is the product made" and do not assume like I did as you will b disappointed.
