“It definitely took a leap of faith to order pricey counter stools from an online ad but I’m very happy that I did! I ordered the Vail stools in brown leather/ walnut dowl. I love the look of the stools, the quality is very good and they are very comfortable. I I looked a lot of stools before I ordered them and I didn’t find anything that even came close to them. I’m really glad that I did take that leap of faith!”

“This is the 1st time I've purchased from Denver Modern and overall, was very dissatisfied with our whole experience. The product itself is beautiful, but the Denver Modern team was very unresponsive from the beginning. Over the course of three weeks, we emailed, called, texted, and live chatted online. We were given an incorrectly labeled leather swatch during our showroom visit and were not able to get ahold of anyone to confirm if it was the correct material so we could place our order. Our initial showroom visit with Alex was absolutely wonderful, but everything after that, was not. This was an order for a client so we dealt with the terrible communication, but had this been a personal order, I wouldn't have moved forward with it. This experience has left such a sour taste in my mouth so we will not be purchasing from Denver Modern again.”

“We absolutely love our Vail counter height Vail stools!!! The combination of the charcoal boucle fabric, leather, and walnut is stunning and matches perfectly with our other dining and living room furniture. I also enjoyed my visit to the Denver showroom. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to selecting the right stools for our home. Thank you!”

“The delivery service for Denver modern is the worst I’ve ever seen. I received the wrong product and that product was picked up and taken to the Correct customer. My order, however, is still missing. I’ve emailed twice and both times received a standard boiler plate message indicating they were checking.”
