“Love. Love. Love. The Vail counter stools are amazing - great design, comfortable and meticulously constructed. They are positioned at the large island in our open-concept kitchen, and everyone raves about the design and comfort. Must add, the care is packaging was amazing - double boxed, encased in their own little fabric 'chair pouches', and protected from dings and bumps with dense foam. Pricey, but in my opinion worth every penny.”

“I absolutely adore my chairs. They are beautiful and so comfortable. However the customer experience has not been great. When I purchased the chairs, I paid for what I thought was white glove service (the website didn’t indicate a selection of different prices for S&H)since I wasn’t sure how heavy they would be and I wanted them to bring it straight to my apt. Then I was contacted by the delivery service that I needed to come down to the lobby to receive the package because they were instructed to leave the chairs in the lobby. I was focused to say the least. I contacted DM the day of delivery 8/18, and I’m still waiting to get a response back which I find highly unprofessional.”

“We love love love our Vail chair and ottoman and could not be happier with the purchase. The Denver Modern team offered outstanding customer service -- to the point that they held our shipment not once but twice! until our house renovation was completed. The product is the most beautiful and comfy chair we have ever experienced.”

“I ordered these for our home renovation and kitchen island. I was worried the style would not be comfortable and that each cushion you would be able to feel, but I was wrong. When sitting the cushions feel like one and are very plush. The back might be a little too far angled for my comfort but on average I think it is very nice. I can't wait to get them in the kitchen once the house is done!!! The style is stunning and the Sunflower leather was PERFECT! Very pretty and textured.”
