“Love my new chair! The delivery experience was not great. I would advise that Denver Modern evaluate 3rd party delivery services. They showed up at my door and were ready to leave in the backyard vs delivering the boxes at least inside the house.”

“Ordering was easy, communication was good and the stools I ordered were packed with great care. I snagged a sale and Denver Modern agreed to hold onto the stools until I was ready to take delivery two months later. Highly recommend if modern, (but not crazy modern,) is your thing!”

“I recently got the Lark Accent chairs and love them!! Delivery was prompt and had no issues. The actual chairs are pretty comfortable and stylish. They work so well in my living room! The color of the oak has a slightly warmer tone than the website photos but not too much. Full disclosure, these chairs were part of a social media partnership but I would 100% order again from Denver Modern. Overall the service was great and I do recommend the chairs!”

“The customer service I received when ordering new stools for our kitchen remodel was outstanding. I had forgotten to update my shipping address as we had recently moved. I was provided a response immediately and felt confident my order would be shipped to the correct address becasue I was actually working with someone directly associated with the company.”

“We absolutely love the Vail Stools. The quality of craftsmanship and materials is exceptional, and the pricing is substantiated upon unboxing as the quality and care that goes into manufacturing is immediately evident. I also want to recognize the care they put into packaging and shipping, as this was probably the best I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t be happier with Denver Modern and will gladly order from them again in the future.”

“There delivery service came and ran delivering damaged boxes to prevent inspection and return. I called they company and left a message, eight days later I am still waiting on a promised return call.”
