“I was soooo hesitant to complete my purchase and justify the cost of the 4 Vail counter stools that I ordered, especially because there is a very similar dupe available on Wayfair, but was finally encouraged by the ability to customize my slections and choose the stain-resistant boucle fabric and the fact that the stools were all delivered fully assembled.”

“The chairs are very nice. A tad larger than I was expecting which isn't a bad thing. My kitchen Island has a 3" thick slab of wood, so not a lot of leg room with the 30" bar stools. If you have a thick slab keep that in mind. I may need to cut 2 inches off the legs? My only complaint is customer service is quite lacking. Many phone calls and IG messages unanswered. I finally got a live chat agent without much help. I had originally wanted the sunflower color and was told they could not tell me when they would be re-stocked. I wanted to take advantage of the buy 3 get 1 (bought 5) so ordered anothe color. 3 days after I received an email my color was back in stock, the others had shipped. Thankfully the color looks nice with my kitchen!”

“Love my new chair! The delivery experience was not great. I would advise that Denver Modern evaluate 3rd party delivery services. They showed up at my door and were ready to leave in the backyard vs delivering the boxes at least inside the house.”
