“Love my new counter stools! I got the boucle dove outdoor stools and they are great! I'm planning on buying more once our deck is finished! The fabric is water replent so it doesn't stain easily which is great for white. Just what I was looking for. Denver Modern was so great to work with too!”

“The product we purchased (Vail Counter Stools) are expensive, but they are well constructed and look great. The reason for the 3 star rating is the customer service they offer. We had an issue with one stool (obvious variance in color) and couldn't get someone to answer a phone, follow up on chat or answer an email in a timely way. I spent multiple days trying to get this resolved with almost no communication. When they did communicate they were going to send me the wrong color stool. That took multiple attempts on different platforms to get their attention to correct their mistake. I received the replacement stool on Monday (they ship fast) - but would expect a better experience when purchasing furniture at this price point”

“Ordered 4 Vail barstools and they look great but are very uncomfortable to sit in. I am trying to return them and they are giving me a hard time on my second freight company with numerous emails not to mention no one ever answers the phone at this business. If you are not in Dever don't order online.”

“I had a great experience with this company. I was accidentally sent the wrong color chairs and because we are in the middle of a new home build I didn't notice until about 35 days after delivery. I immediately contacted them to see if they were willing to help and exchange the color for me and the service rep I dealt with, Kyle was super helpful and very quick to respond to all emails. I appreciate the way this company handled the mix-up and look forward to ordering more from them in the future.”

“Denver Modern Family, All I can say is I love my Denver Modern Stools. I have been stalking these stools for over a year and said Im Taking the Plunge. I browsed several competitors and realized there was NOTHING I wanted to sit in than these beautiful stools. They are perfect, aesthetically pleasing and I would like to answer the question that people have about having to lean far back in them to sit. You can easily sit straight up or lean back and enjoy your meal comfortably. They are Great for lounging and the material is made perfectly for entertaining. I went with darker colors so I can enjoy them stain free! I recently utilized the Labor Day Sale and purchased 4 outdoor stools and happily received them with Free shipping. I did buy the Extend Coverage for 2 years, just in case I had any malfunctioning pieces in the upcoming years. I did have to reach out to Customer Service about adjusting the feet to ensure the stools could be leveled as there was a small wobble. My anxiety was a bit high initially trying to reach someone, but after leaving a message my calls and emails were returned. I do believe the stools are worth the price and have been the rave at my counter. The tracking let me know when I would receive them and I’m pleased with them since Day 1. Those beautiful Facebook photos finally reeled me in and Labor Day was a Great opportunity to take the Denver Modern Plunge. Customer Service did Ease all my fears”

“I bought the Vail chair and ottoman for my clients. They said “ it’s to die for, absolutely fabulous! So comfortable!” I am just jealous I don’t have room for one myself. And the delivery and service was seamless and quick.”

“I have been searching for the perfect statement by chair for two years. Finally found one with Denver modern and sure enough not only so we l or sitting in it but get tons of compliments. Best part is the covers I can buy when I get sick of the color. So thrilled !”
