“If I could leave no stars I would. I have never been so frustrated and annoyed at a company for a long time. Two orders made for 2 different size house signs. 1 sign as ordered. The smaller of the 2 was completely the wrong address. In fact it was the default address on the design maker facility you could use. On checking my order, this was Design a Signs mistake not mine. My order clearly stated my address on both signs. Spoke to Luke White and he asked me to take a photo of the wrong sign and send it to him. Reply sent saying a new one would be made and sent out to me ASAP. THAT WAS 7 WEEKS AGO! No more communications from them at all. Frequent phone calls from me and all I’m being told is my new sign was sent, despite them never sending me a tracking number. A third sign then being made ASAP and sent to me. I asked Luke White to give me the tracking number and alas no number and in fact when I phoned I was told the sign was never collected, Personally I would recommend people go somewhere else and buy your house sign as this company is clearly a circus and cannot manage their own errors. Orders are not checked before being sent out. I would hate to think how a customer made error would be dealt with. Avoid this company.”

“No was not happy with my sign It had a large very visible Line running across my sign Which looks like a large crack I was told this is natural slate effect, but to me is was a quality assurance issue and should never have been sent out to me in this condition. Customer service is appalling No body answers phone And they take long time to respond to emails Would not use agin or recommend to friends or neighbours looking for this type of product. My issue still not resolved I’m happy customer east London”
