“Happy with service received and product of good quality. Only (minor) niggle is that, had I understood the perspex sign I chose had a 'milky' backing, then I would have chosen a darker colour for the lettering.”

“This has to be the worst purchase I have made along with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would NOT recommend this company, service or goods to anyone. The letters were cut badly and no fixative or template was sent to place them on a wall. I chased them numerous times to ask for the fixative and template only to be told the courier was delivering them the next day. Once they take your payment they couldn't care less about the quality of the items they supply or the service they deliver. I asked for a refund but was denied one. Had I been aware of other reviews i would have avoided using desigasign.co.uk. Shoddy, absolutely shoddy.”

“Despite a mix-up with the shipment and the delay it caused, I am utterly pleased with my signs! Great prices, great customer service - and thank you for even sending out of country. Despite my brass-look sign being cheap it looks tremendous and has a very classy look. The engraving is top notch - and I will most likely be ordering a bunch more for all of our locations in the near future.”

“Very simple design process that makes design very easy. Pleased with the quick turnround time. My only concern is where the fixing holes have been drilled, the rear of the drilled holes have blown a bit, and I have concerns, when I come to fastening it up next week.”
