“The sign is beautiful and good value for money I think but it did take a month to receive it and also I had no order confirmation come through, I was just lucky I had paid via PayPal to be able to track it. The man I emailed with back and fourth called Luke was helpful and chased it up and remade the sign as ironically it must have got lost of the post! Now we have our lovely sign and are very pleased.”

“I prevaricated between 'Acceptable' and 'Good'. Responses to queries were promptly answered - good. Delivery was poor. I had particular delivery challenges, so shipping on a Friday was promised. When the product did not arrive by the following Thursday, I chased and was promised it would be shipped 'tomorrow' (Friday). It eventually arrived on the Saturday. Product quality is not perfect. Surface and finish is good. Two letters are not wholly scored out.”
