Had my Mercedes wheels done by William who done a great job at a good price but after 15 months the lacquer has started to peel on 2 wheels so I told William who said it could happen at any time so got 2 second opinion who both said it because the wheels had not been prepared properly told William he said it will be £110 + VAT to fix but as a one off £70+VAT so nothing would be done under warranty because he said its because they had been done previously and that's why and wouldn't take any blame. So he does a great job but his after service is not so good think before you use. Sorry William.

Wheels looked great until they went to fit my hub caps. They left the hub caps off and asked if I wanted them fitted… I said yes and then noticed that they couldn’t fit one of the caps on. They played around with the cap bending the metal and then nearly allowed me to drive away with it about to fall off. I tapped the hub and it dropped off and they continuously tried to blame it on the “non Mercedes” wheels. There was never an issue before and I left with my car having an outstanding issue looking ridiculous, Incredibly frustrating.

I’ve used this company numerous times to get my vw pretoria alloys fixed after curbing. Since the first lock down staff numbers seemed to have been reduced drastically. Also quality control has also reduced so I feel wheels are being rushed without proper care and attention. My last repair was done about a year ago and I did notice very soon afterwards a strange cracking effect under the glaze. I thought I may have done something wrong when washing the car so lived with the weird effect. However I now need the wheels done again and took the car somewhere else that has diagnosed that the glazing/spraying on the previous repair was done at the wrong temperature so that’s why it’s cracking under the glaze. I won’t be having anymore work done at diamond.
