Unbelievable poor service and quality. Had 4 audi tt alloys diamond cut - one year later (500 miles later) - ALL 4 have large white blisters where the lacquer has raised (water behind them). The contact at Diamond Alloys - rudely said, 'What do you want me to do about it.... 'so what, you had 6 months warranty' When I explained , ' It is all 4 alloys, in a short time, are you not concerned that your workmanship lasted only a year ?... his answer, 'Not at all'. Aggressive poor attitude. Quite a contrast to the positive, helpful attitude when he was selling.

Untrustworthy business practices, AVOID AVOID AVOID! I had my 4 wheels refurbished 11 months ago with a 12 months warranty according to their website’s terms of sales. When I called 2 months ago stating that 2 wheels were damaged for no reason (lacker chipping in few places since replacing the tyres), they asked me to come to their workshop. As the refurbishment was still under warranty according to their website, I only went to the workshop last Saturday, only to find it closed despite their website stating it would be open. Nevertheless, I managed to speak with someone that noticed the wheels damages. Just to be clear, 2 wheels have not been refurbished to the right standard and 2 needed to be fixed due to my mistakes. When I call the following Monday explaining my case, the receptionist asked me to come but did not provide me a quote even though I asked for one multiple times. She just said that the warranty was valid for 6 months. When I arrived Wednesday night to leave my car the receptionist made a point of starting straight away that the warranty was only valid for only 6 months, when their website advertised 12 months. I made it clear that as a consumer the terms and conditions are the one stated on their website, no other terms and conditions were provided. Apparently their website has not been updated , in respect of either their opening hours or their warranty terms. When inspecting my wheels, the technician (owner?) refused all responsibilities for their sub standard job. The receptionist and technician quoted me £320 to fix the 4 wheels, even though I paid £410 less than a year ago. Any company with some kind of integrity would fix the 2 wheels not refurbished to the right standard free of charge, as per the warranty stated, and would charge the customer £200 or so for the other 2 wheels that I openly advised I had damaged. This company deserve a 1 star as they should be out of business for their substandard service, their lack of integrity, lack of responsibility and lack of customer service! Avoid at all cost and get them out of business!

Not professional as it seems…. damaged my steering as there was a knock on the side of my car came up on my app phone so ask the lady she said when they jacked the car up or something now have steering issues after visit there and the weilding wasnt great too she said she will take pics of it and show me did not bother as mercedes benz said it was not good job

Took my 4 month old purchased Mercedes here as I kerbed two of the diamond cut wheels. On review, I decided to have all 4 done. I went to collect my car two days later and upon first review they looked good. The lady made me sign the paperwork and then I had to wait for the vehicle to be driven outside. On the car being pulled outside the garage, my MB hubcaps were not on the wheels, I asked them to put them on and that’s when the issues were present, one of my hubcaps wouldn’t go in the car… the garage then played around with the hubcap making it worse. I explained I want my car as I dropped it off and they continue to say it wasn’t them (even though I took my car to 3 other garages before them to have the wheels off and checked and I put the hub caps on and there were no issues). Since I have had to take my car to MB to provide a new hubcap which is £180+ VAT FOR ONE they also reviewed the wheels and commented on the paintwork. As such I will be taking this company to court to get my funds back as well as the costs of the replacement hub cap. For whomever reads this I understand for every 10 great experiences there is one bad but this is an absolute headache and I wouldn’t want anyone to go through it. Keep searching for another garage to professionally do the work.

Left my car with Diamond Alloys for a wheel repair only to receive a call that my car had been damaged overnight. Diamond Alloys refused to take any responsibility leaving me with no car for over a month and having to make a claim on my own insurance. I've spoken to several garages and insurance companies about this and none can believe that they are refusing responsibility. "Use Diamond Alloys at your own risk"... literally their words, not mine.

I had two weeks refurbed One the paint came off on both chips They said I’d curbed it which I’m adamant I hadn’t Refused to accept and told me I hadn’t realised I had Woman was rude - poor customer service they responded to say they pride themselves on If you do you would rectify and apologise for shoddy work and your response I was not offered a full assessment it was the receptionist and with another guy who then didn’t even look but just backed her up Response to my previous comment dismissed Poor work Terrible customer service Come on if you are that good why not corect the work rather than dismiss my issue Thanks but not impressed !

Left my wheel for straightening. There was not a single mark on dusted rim of any action. They added more weights to it. Still rattling during driving. Very disappointed. Avoid!!

After that repair was the same problem!!! My alloys was buckled !!! They told me the alloys was repaired but they didn’t show me,they put the alloys on my car and I drive straight away if i go back they can tell me is my fault! I don’t recommended your company and I think the price is expensive and you must to have some offers for private hire driver and taxi if you have cheaper prices probably you will have more clients!!! I’m very disappointed with my repaired alloys!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately we are not able to remove inaccurate or misleading reviews. The individual responsible for the post was offered a work trial and came in on a Saturday morning back in October 2016. The trial was not successful and a work position was not offered.

Went to them today to get the wheels done. Send photographs of the wheels in advance with all damage clearly visible . Arrived on site to be told that extra works need doing and wanting to charge me £130 plus VAT extra when the initial quote was £240 plus VAT. Dishonest

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience and decided not to have your alloy wheels refurbished from us. In regards to the additional work that was mentioned on dropping off your vehicle, these were for face welds which we cannot always see from photographs. Usually once the wheels are taken off the vehicle a full inspection is carried out for cracks and/or buckles, if there is additional work that the client is not aware of, we stop work immediately and inform the client, along with the cost of the work and a revised time scale.
