“Great communications with seller and they accommodated my requests to ship at a later date so I could be in town to receive. Customs clearance was great as they did all the work. The storage couch was received in damage condition due to shipping handling (shipping box was pierced in several areas where damage occurred). One interior lid catch was also defective or never properly connected on the storage couch. Doll received in perfect condition and quality exceeded expectations. A couple of days after receipt, the right leg knee joint malfunctioned and the right lower leg now swings up and down freely (will not hold a position). at first moving the doll can be a bit of a work out. it is heavy and stiff. improves over time. cleaning is easy, if you know what you are doing. the doll had a smell of TPE, it went away.
my doll came damaged, most likely from customs when they opened the dolls box and removed some of the protection covering the dolls hand. I bring this up because the agent helping me, was wonderful. Issac. he gave me advice on how to fix. also he was there to answer questions during the dolls creation process. he made sure your order was correct. thank you.”

Storage couch was damaged during shipping; minor scrapes exposing stuffing of couch and hinge is missing a pin. The head didn't come with the body, so as of writing this review she's incomplete. Appendages are super stiff (except for toes, fingers, and for some reason the doll's right wrist is loose and rotates almost freely) and may even make a squeaking noise while positioning. No damage or discoloring to the skin. Finger and toenails may fall off during shipment, so don't freak out! Just check your box to see if they are in there. I'm probably going to end up removing all the nails and just paint the TPE with nail polish.
Overall: Expectations surpassed, will definitely pick up another doll soon! Thanks Isaac!”

Some tips: make sure you handle your doll for dressing and posing with the provided cloth gloves to minimize getting oils from your hand on the TPE skin, use the stain remover for any stains from oils or clothing that bleeds, and brush on baby powder every couple of weeks to keep her skin smooth.
