Storage couch was damaged during shipping; minor scrapes exposing stuffing of couch and hinge is missing a pin. The head didn't come with the body, so as of writing this review she's incomplete. Appendages are super stiff (except for toes, fingers, and for some reason the doll's right wrist is loose and rotates almost freely) and may even make a squeaking noise while positioning. No damage or discoloring to the skin. Finger and toenails may fall off during shipment, so don't freak out! Just check your box to see if they are in there. I'm probably going to end up removing all the nails and just paint the TPE with nail polish.
