“ 30 day return policy is terrible. I was buying a dress for son’s wedding. I tried it on, it was too big, I didn’t get it sent back until about 40 days after purchase. I did not realize the short turn around for returns, which is on me, but it is a ridiculous time period. I will never spend another dollar at Dillards. ”
