“Very happy about the help I got. The goods I wanted was out of stock online, but after I contacted the customer service they were happy to send me the goods from one of their stores to me in Sweden. I am very grateful for that and all the help I recieved from the customer service. The goods arrived already after 6 workdays. The best service I ever got from a (online)store ever.”

“Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a promotional code and it was all sorted out quickly and efficiently. My items were overnighted to my local store and I picked them up the next day. I was really impressed and I will definitely buy from Direct Golf again in the future.”

“I always get great service from golf direct. Wether it's live chat, Twitter or ordering from the website the service is great. It's a shame my local branch closed a couple of weeks ago, not sure if it's worth going all the way to reading now. Shame as I'm in the market for some new irons and was hoping for a deal.”
