I have a few people to whom I send Today's Golfer magazine. I would very much like to have a NAME attached to the REF NO. for each person so that I know to which subscription I am either renewing or need to refer to. Thank you.

Ordered a pair of Adidas Adizero golf shoes size 8. The service & speed of delivery were excellent. However the shoes were far too small. It wasn't until I read reviews on other websites that I discovered that this is a common complaint with these shoes. You need to order at least a half size bigger than your normal size. I feel that this should have been mentioned on the website. I have now returned the shoes but because there is nothing actually wrong with them, I will probably not receive a refund on the postage.

Great service, received order in two days, unfortunately the balls were not what I was looking for, old model and many badly damaged!, returned them to closest shop the next day for a refund

I ordered a TaylorMade Catalina Golf Bag online after a week and receiving nothing I emailed Direct Golf and they offered a full refund straight away (have to wait up to 10 working days to get the money which I think is a bit too long) I do not have a store near where I live so ordering on line was ideal. I will use Direct Golf again but will wait to visit a store rather than ordering on line.

When trying to redeem points against the shirt I bought. The site wouldn't let me. Even though I logged on through rewards 4 golf, and again on the website. I did email customer services and they were very quick to reply and sort it, which was brilliant. However, I still haven't received my shirt. So I'm disappointed all in all. Sorry

I would comment on the product bur as I have not received it as yet I can only assess the delivery. I have marked NORMAL but would say it is on the poor side of normal.

I ordered a pair of footjoy shoes over 7 days ago. Item was despatche via Hermes within 3 days but they have not yet been delivered

Placed order on the 18/08 knowing that one article was out of stock and dispatch date given as the 23/09 called Direct Golf on the 25/09 to find that the other more important article was now out of stock !! Very disappointed as had no communication at all with ref from above and ended up paying extra for a more expensive pair of golf shoes and the original article that was out of stock I cancelled as no one could give me a date when it could be delivered Got excuses re the warehouse dispatch not functioning then computer system !! These were the same excuses that I received 2 yrs ago when encountered a similar problem but this year decided to give Golf Direct another go but unfortunately never again Julia

I ordered a set of new MacGregor clubs as a complete set - MacGregor DX Plus Cart Bag Package Set (Graphite) (MGDXPPACKRHCRT) - priced at £199. The order was fulfilled very promptly, and the delivery was very efficient. The clubs are fantastic value, in my opinion. The graphite shafts are incredibly light and may take some getting used to, compared to my previous weighty steel-shafted clubs. Great product, great price, and I'm looking forward to getting out on the course tomorrow. My only issue with the order is that the whole sets appears to have been removed from a box and then re-boxed for delivery. The reason I know this is that the golf bag I have received is a cart bag, but the bag shown on the boxis a stand bag - the box had been resealed with 'Direct Golf'-branded tape. As I say, the clubs are great value, and the order is accurate, but they have clearly been removed from a box and then packaged into the wrong box. Not a major issue, but it did throw me a little bit when I tried to find the stand!

Very good price,ordered it on Wednesday night, paid for next day delivery . It is now Sunday still not delivered. Sometimes price is not enough

Just bought 2 dozen Mizuno balls, advertised as buy 1 doz and get 2 free balls to try, I buy 2 doz and expect to get 2 free balls with each doz, no only got 1 pack of 2 free balls. Cheapskates . Track online, useless, unable to track online. Must be using a cheap company to deliver.poor.

Hermes couldn't give me a delivery time - other delivery companies can give a one/two hour window why can't they? How archaic! Pleased with product however I will not in future order anything that can't be posted through the letter box.

I would rate your service higher if you considered how much I spend with you and not rate individual orders for delivery charge, you cleverly work out that an order cost £50 but with discount comes under that and I get charged delivery and it cost me more that £50 I have started looking at other sites first now to try and avoid this cost

I am very disapointed your way to make business. This bag you sent is not same witch is shown yours web sites. (in picture bag is much more sterling........ upper grab handle, white stitches in carrying belt). I hope this is not "copy"...... maybe I should make enquire to manufacturer ?
