shoes arrived within the 4 days. However the order status was non existed. On the day the delivery was made the carrier still didn't recognised the details of the order. I then checked with Direct Gollf site which told me the order was pending. I was pleased when a few hours later the delivery was made. I was charged £37.98 and was therefore not given the £1,00 discout that it said I would get when I did the order Gordon

Easy to use online ordering system & item delivered next working day appropriately packed to prevent damage in transit. I would have rated this service 5 stars, but for 2 issues: The order tracking service was not updated and showed order pending throughout. Secondly, customer services told me I would receive an email/text from the carrier which I didn't.

Happy with product, however, had it delivered to store and they delivered a right hand istead of a left hand! I ended up wasting petrol having to make another journey the following day when they delivered the correct club!!

Looking for a pair of waterproof golf shoes, I found a pair of puma shoes on the site for £49.99, the description stated 2 year waterproof guarantee. Perfect I thought, ordered the shoes which were delivered in very timely fashion. On opening the package I found a flyer for more direct golf offers, one of the items are my shoes, howeve no mention of any waterproof guarantee!!! so on rechecking the website I find the shoes , and double check the situation, where it states "waterproof - No". So questioning my own sanity I open up the detailed description to find it does indeed say 2 year guarantee! So as a final thought, I decided to check the box they came in , what does that say .....1 year guarantee!! So my bargain shoes appear to either have no waterproof guarantee, a one year guarantee or possibly 2 years!! Please advise???

Recently paid for next day delivery on a polo shirt which did not arrive, very disappointed having paid for a service they did not deliver !

Disappointed overall, ordered a Hybrid/rescue wood in the early hours 17/06/2015 only to find that hours later the price was reduced, if only i had waited for the shops to open !!

I phoned for an update on my order : couldn't get through was on the line for too long - gave up an emailed then got a response in 20 mins, with the comment "oh the phones have been very quiet that's why we responded so quick". Oh thanks very much been on for a while! You may wish to know this - I'll let you determine the learns you want to take from it. I suggest your comms lines are brocken!

The club's arrived a bit later than I expected as I had paid for next day delivery unfortunately as I ordered mine on a Sunday next day delivery isn't applicable if had known that I would not have paid extra for it

The club I bought had two different makings . The head was marked soft regularly and the shafts was marked regular so I had the travel 50 miles round trip to check out if this was correct.. Unfortunately there was no one in the shop who could answer this question

No real problems. I was out when the item was delivered. I had asked for it to be left In a pre-arranged place, but it was delivered to a neighbour instead and no note left by the delivery person to tell me where it was.

I bought 9 Black Widdow cord grips to update my clubs, the buying process was good and straight forward, the post & delivery was pretty quick but when they arrived the least I expected was that they were all the same condition and colour but 2 were faded slightly so I suppose it never pays to get grips for £3 each! Buy better, buy at the pro shop!
