Easy to use online ordering system & item delivered next working day appropriately packed to prevent damage in transit. I would have rated this service 5 stars, but for 2 issues:
The order tracking service was not updated and showed order pending throughout.
Secondly, customer services told me I would receive an email/text from the carrier which I didn't.
