My shoes were good value in the sale and fitted well. Unfortunately the web update advised they were at the store and available for collection. I drove 25 mins to the store and they weren't there. To be fair the manager did his best and said that if the shoes did not arrive in two days when I was going on a golfing holiday - he would substitute another pair at no extra cost. The shoes arrived two days later so all was well. Just one wasted journey.

Direct Golf and the product were great but Parcel Force are useless. They mistakenly tried to deliver to a house in another village and then gave up, not good as I had waited in all day for them, no apology, no phone calls returned as promised. They put me off of shopping online.

Purchased the green free vouchers, always great vouchers to have and the choice of courses included is fantastic however my issue is with direct golf the supplier. How does it take a week to send a few vouchers thought the post? In today's online retail world I expected better, but not the real problem. The main issue is that the envelope that they came in had already been unsealed and the expiry date on the vouchers only gave me 6 weeks to use 5 vouchers! Bit of an ask I think. It seemed like that the seal had been broken to make sure they are sending out the short dated ones first which is good business but bad business if they are not leaving enough time to use all the vouchers and get your monies worth as this means I will not be purchasing these from Direct Golf again! I will continue to buy these vouchers as they are superb value. Come on DG you are better than that!

Good service easy to use web site only thing was this was shown as a free delivery as over £200.00 pounds but when it came to this product it wasn't,t covered this should have been clearer before you go to the basket And the item turned up a day later

I produced a Direct Golf VIP 10% discount when completing my purchase only to be told it was invalid and only for Calloway purchases this card was send as thank you for a previous online purchase? Makes me think discount cards are just a gimmick Happy Golfing John

Although I was fairly happy with the goods I purchased the delivery was appalling. It took over 2 weeks and numerous amounts of phone calls before final delivery. I suggest you look at another delivery company. I will not be using your compnany again for this reason.

Was completely dissatisfied with DG this time, ordered 4 pair of golf shoes, ended up keeping 2 as one pair were about 2 sizes too small and wasn't highlighted on site that this make was small made..Other pair came with security tag still on, I returned them with a letter stating that tag was to be removed and sent back to me. Person dealing with returns obviously can't read as they weren't returned to me as had went missing, so I was refunded money..very unhappy as no more in stock..

After two incorrect deliveries, I finally received what I had originally ordered! I ordered two matching ladies golf gloves in the Footjoy range, one left, one right. The first delivery contained one white and one beige glove. I rang Customer Services and they immediately ordered a white replacement. A few days later, the delivery arrived with a white glove, but for the wrong hand. I rang again, Customer services reordered a further matching glove and a correct glove arrived 2 days ago. Your customer services team were exemplary each time, just a pity the packing department were not.

Brought a stage 2 rescue said it was on sale and it did not come with a headcover, went on another website it was priced at £3 more but came with a headcover felt let down by the small print about the headcover.

Service from Direct Golf themselves has been very good, however the couriers they use are not able to guarantee next day service. From the orders I have place for next day delivery 0 have been delivered next day. Reflects poorly on DG.

I can not complain with any orders I have placed, items have been received as expected and relatively promptly. I would make the point that the "Chairman's pledge to you" doesn't seem to worth much, it clearly states "the best prices" etc. They even make a big thing of their price challenge here http://www.direct-golf.co.uk/static/price_beat/. I took the price challenge and pointed out that I could purchase a Garmin S3 GPS Golf Watch from here http://www.handtec.co.uk/garmin-approach-s3-europe-grey-black-010-01049-11.html at £179 as opposed to the £199 Direct Golf are selling it for. I was informed "Unfortunately we do not offer a pricebeat against this company....." - I took the price beat challenge and although it clearly states "We guarantee to beat ANY competitors price & also give you 10% of the difference back" this is not entirely the case. So if you ignore the chairman's pledge all is fine.

I bought Adams 3 & 5 wood, 2,4 &5 Hyrid and a driver........later when I wanted to get the irons and asked if the set could be sold without the Hybrid 4 & 5 - was told can't be done. That prompted me look elsewhere and got a the 6 hybrid and irons 7 to PW at a price lower than Direct Golf. Quite disappointed and will never buy off Direct Golf hence forth! Good bye!!!!

Not the Cheapest online retailer, Not the fastest at sending your orders out & despite advertising things online they seem to be always out of stock and want to sell you something twice the price, Same goes for the stores too.

I bought a shirt and the label said an amount less than price that came up, the assistant wouldn't help and simply said the barcode was wrong. Really not impressed.
