Disappointing wait and fact that money only just taken. I thought I hadn,t ordered correctly until e-mail rec'd advising of delivery. Rec'd now and good standard so will draw it to a close.

Was told by email that club was on its way to be informed by e mail that the returns team where looking at my return and would be paid back within 10 days. I phoned the next day and was eventually told that the club had been found to be damaged. It would have been nice if you could have contacted me and informed me that the club was no longer available not me ringing you.

Website easy to use, as cheap as anywhere else, and could use voucher from Bunkered. Downside was when items delayed due to out of stock, no update received, until I contacted them. From then customer service was very good and once in stock delivered within 24hrs free of charge.

The driver arrived quickly and on time, unfortunately the wrench for it was left out, but a quick phone call to the company resolved this and one arrived the next day.

Delivery was good, but the adjustable Taylor made adjustable white driver I bought had no instructions for adjustment and no adjusting tool.

The clubs are no problem and I got what I paid for, however, the delivery service was poor and it cost me a days wages and the cost of a round of golf sitting in waiting for the delivery to come. The email I received from customer service was just a flick off excuse about delays and wasn't helpful at all, if we stick to honest answers the customers are less likely to get more irritated and more likely to return!

Initially one of the items in the order arrived in wrong size which is the second time the same thing has happened. Fortunately customer service was good and sorted it out, Overall happy in the end but frustrated to get the wrong sized shipped on two orders in a row now. Price was good and item once replaced is fantastic.

My order said it was instock,but when tracking my order it said it was out of stock.No one from direct golf contacted me with an update,i had to call them. I offered an alternitive which i accected

Your new retail shop in Southampton is not stocking a vast amount of stock especially trousers with 29inch leg

First impression was not good, it took a week for the goods to be delivered after payment had been taken from my card, then they were wrong. Not the gloves which I had ordered, and not even the same size ! Freepost return was arranged by telephone, after 3 attempts to speak to someone, and then another week before delivery of the correct items. The Mac Wet gloves, size XL are exactly what I wanted, I shall probably give Direct Golf another chance, and hope for more efficient service.

I purchased a number of items in January and this was on hold until March as they were waiting for stock. 6 months later I have only just received everything. Service was good but only after I had to contact them to enquire what the hold up was and was not kept informed of what was going on. Certainly left feeling confused about the whole thing and whether to use Direct Golf again.
