“I purchased a Motocaddy Lithium 18 hole trolley from you as a gift for my boyfriend. Whilst I am happy with the product I recieved terrible service from the delivery company. I paid £4.99 for next day delivery expecting the product to arrive on a Friday however the delivery wasn't made and when I called the delivery company they said the driver had too many items on the van to make my delivery. I explained that I was vacationing on the Saturday for 2 weeks and there would be no one around to collect the item after 12pm and the gentleman who took my call said he would get the DC to call me and arrange for it to be delivered before 12pm on the Saturday. No one called and I wasn't able to speak to the customer service again on the saturday. The item was then delievered on the Monday to a neighbour. I am angry because I paid for next day delievery for 2 specific reasons: I wanted the item delievered before our holiday so I could give as a gift to my boyfriend and secondly because I didn't want a £500 purchase being left with neighbours for 2 weeks. As a result I will not order from your site again knowing I will be subjected to the same standards of service from your selected courier.”

“I'm very happy with the products, but the wait with the items being out of stock and the dates changing for when I would receive them was frustrating, however I will be using you again in the future.”

“once trying the adams ladies hybrids my wife finds the irons very heavy and is not able to use them, i have asked a friend of mine who is a pro and is able to put graphite shafts in them, and new grips is costing me a lot more money”

“Paid £4.95 to have next day delivery, ordered before 16:00 on 7/9, dispatched before 16:00 on 7/9 but did not arrive in Scotland until 09:00 on the 9/9. Had waited in most of the day on the 8/9 with no joy. Had to go to local post office to collect on the afternoon of the 9th. What was the point of paying for next day delivery?”

“Can't complain about shop in ingleby Barwick really friendly and helpful only thing I was disappointed at was it stated order now and delivery next day on the website so I ordered it to be delivered to the shop expecting it to be there next day so would of been Saturday but they didn't send it out till Monday so I had to wait 4 days instead of stated next day”

“Website was easy and well laid out, unfortunately your preferred courier is letting you down ordered on Sunday evening still waiting on Friday night even though I paid for 48 hr service. ...Aberdeen is not an island off shetland ....not impressed parcel force !”

“Never replyed to emails sent. Advised delivery had to be to my home address, however on the DAY I was then advised it could be delivered to where I would like it!!!!!!”

“All good, couriers let them down though. Received a message saying parcel to be delivered today. Used the tracking service later that day and it states addressee wants a later delivery. At no point did I say that. Had to wait until the Monday for my items to arrive.”

“when i went to the Edinburgh store to collect the item, i had to wait around 10 mins to be served, and when asked about buying a further item, Ecco shoes, was told didn't stock. i said the DG website stocked, but just told that store didn't stock this year. No offer to order .”

“Good price. Very Quick despatch, whioch was great. My delivery instructions were ignored however, which delayed the delivery and therefore my £8.99 Saturday delivery surcharge was a waste of money.”
