I’ve ordered golf shoes size 11 and received size 9. I’ve contacted customer service and I was promised the correct size with next day delivery after sending back the wrong size. After days chasing up I received partial refund without the postage without any explanation. As this was Direct golf fault I’m expecting full refund including the postage! Very bad customer service!

I’ve waited 3 weeks for items then just been emailed that I’ve cancelled the order! Disgusting! Didn’t realise it was through sports direct says it all!

I have purchased a golf bag about eight months ago. There is a fault on the strap and staff could not be more on helpful. I only wanted a strap and they said that they could not get this. I then said I wanted my money back or a bag as per the consumer credit act. They said that this was not part of the returns policy which is against the law. I would not trust this organisation with anything and will make sure that anyone I know stays well clear.

I've tried 4 different ways to get hold of their customer service. There's no number to ring but I've emailed, tweeted, written on their facebook page and messaged them on facebook, but no reply! I find it amazing that they can have such bad customer service!

Ordered a golf club and paid £6.99 extra for next day delivery. 5 days have now passed and still no club. What an absolute shambles of a company! Rang them up, waited in a queue for 22 minutes, got through to lady, she said I'll just put you on hold while I check this and then hung up! I literally feel sick. Just order somewhere else people, it really isn't worth chancing it with these jokers. Order number: GOLF40000035139522

Awful direct company. Can't understand why they let me write a review. Was ok firm, now taken over by Sports Direct (said wrong name on last review, sorry). Contact phone line has been removed with only. Contact only via eMail. I bought some shoes a couple of months ago and they refuse to acknowledge any liability to their guarantee. Don't touch with a barge pole! You have been warned.

Purchased Adidas Golflite shoes at the Edgware store. Shoes were stacked on a shelf marked £23 (no description attached to price). Compared these with a pair of foot joys which were marked at £30. Shop assistant confirmed that the slight difference in quality and that there was a price diff of £7. Went for the Adidas as better fit. Bought a few other things, walked out to find I had been charged £37.99 for the shoes! Went back (literally 10min later) to request a refund only to be told that that my options were exchange or refund. The shop assistant wasn't helpful so the manager intervened to check with "Corporate". He said he would have given a refund if he could - but the system would not allow it. Abysmal - there was something wrong here, and the consumer has once again borne the brunt of it. Not impressed, will not be returning.

The recent non availability of the freephone order number was diabolical. I bought else where!! Consequently loads of items are unavailable and you have severed your links with Rewards 4 golf . Typical of a Mike Ashley company.

Quite adequate service, arrived in good time and order. I also visited your MK store and it looked like a bomb had hit it. If the new owner is looking to impress golfers with his "sell it cheap" approach he will fail. It reminded me of a closing down Woolworth of old.

Having spent over one thousand pounds in your Seafield outlet over the years I do not know why you do not honour golf gift vouchers. Your company have peoples monies paid for vouchers. This appears to be bad for customer relations . Regards Alex Gosman

I placed an order on Thursday 19th November. I paid for next day delivery. I was sent a Tracking e-mail. I tracked the item on Friday there was no information available. I called your Customer Service Dept. and was told that the product didn't get sent from the Warehouse so delivery would now be Monday. I tracked the item again on Monday and saw that the item had been sent to the wrong depot, Inverness. I am in Durham!. I have been told by the Customer Service Dept. that it will now be delivered on Tuesday. I have now waited in for 3 days to receive this. This is the first time I have used Direct Golf. I won't make that mistake again. What a useless, disorganised inefficient company!

all the guys I conversed with in customer relations were great, I also like the free phone number but your management system was extremely poor I appreciate it was a difficult time within your business but that's no excuse

My item that I ordered took over three weeks to turn up and after several calls trying to chase the item up, I was never contacted. My experience has made me feel like I would never use direct golf again unfortunately.

I placed an order for a Ping G25 Driver in Sept but was informed in mid Oct it had been cancelled due to problem. I lost the 20% offer on at the time. General lack of any interest in poor customer service

Really disappointing experience: poor communication, incomplete order & 2 months wait! The only other time I used DG the service was 1st class? Would use DG as a last resort.
