Next day delivery has still not arrived 1 week later. Contacted customer services who have not yet replied.

Direct golf in general are very fast, but I placed an order on 09.26.2015 OR4422619 I still have not received , and monitoring is blocked at 09/30/2015 11:58 WDM Online so I can not say the service is top this time

Goods ordered weeks ago, chased on a regular basis and 6 weeks later still not received after several promises the goods were being despatched.

I ordered goods on 26th September and am still awaiting on a pending refund clearing in my account. Poor service from a company I held in high regard until this recent poor experience. Please sort out your communication channels when things are wrong in house.

I ordered two golf clubs and a hat over a week ago and have still not received them, they were only despatched on Friday, a week after ordering. When I have paid for the next day delivery in the past it is fine, obviously the free p and p customers don't seem to be worth much, very dissatisfied over all.

I ordered a cobra driver on line and was told it was available in store locally to where I live for collection. 5 days later I am still waiting with no positive news as regards delivery/collection from either the store or parcel force. Poor service when you can order most things on line these days and get them delivered the next day

Ordered last Sunday, goods still not arrived, no response to chase email. Would not use this company again to order golf consumables.

Item hasn't arrived, had an email 3 days ago from Direct Golf that the item had been dispatched by them however it hasn't yet appeared on the Parcelforce network as yet. I email'd Direct Golf customer service but haven't received a reply 21 hours later, tried phoning Direct Golf but their lines were down.

Why are you sending out things like this without checking the full status of my order, I have NOT received my order which was supposed to to have been despatched 6 days ago. I've tried phoning you're office but am unable to speak to a proper human being, so in fact I am very very disappointed with the whole thing, and would like my money returned, so that I can purchase my order from a company that is better standing, and not waste my time with these stupid reviews, you do nothing to compensate and are only interested in good reviews anyway. Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can disconnect from each other..???? ( bad service) and even worse customer relations.

Shocking service from Direct Golf. I ordered an expensive golf bag plus some accessories on a Monday and paid for next day delivery. It is a week later and no delivery has arrived, no phone call to update me or apologise, from Direct Golf. Also when I try to call their customer service number, it states their telephone system is down (for 2 days). Beware of the lure of low prices as the service is very poor indeed. I still do not know if I will receive my order or a refund. Would not recommend and would not use again.

Usually I receive the items quickly, however I placed an order on the 25th and still have not received it.

Placed an order 10 days ago. Still showing as "pending" after 5 days so when I asked why I was told they'd forgotten to tell me one item was out of stock. Changed my order, and received an email to say it had been despatched. 4 days later it still hasn't been received by the courier, I've had no response to emails and the phone lines have been down for 2 days so I can't speak to anyone. Worse than useless. Would just like my money back now. One to be avoided.

I place my order on the evening of Monday 28th September, as of today Saturday 3rd October I still have not received my order. Very poor service

Advertised a sale event but upon trying to place an order, very little was actually in stock or available. Still waiting for slow delivery on the items I eventually ordered. Won't use again.

with ordering items online i waited 10 days and did not receive the items so i rang up and they said they were sent back to them so i ordered them again and payed extra then i did online another week when by and i received an email saying they have received the items for return and yet i didn't not even received them. its been 3 weeks of waiting when i could of just ordered them from somewhere.

Ordered winter gloves and got a female pair instead of male. Sent an email enquiry to customer services and received no response. Guess I will have to pay the return postage and hope that they refund my full amount. Really disappointed with the service.

Paid for items which haven't been delivered despite paying extra for its delivery. No tracking and no information on the delivery. Very poor customer service

Poor delivery time and when it arrived I had been sent the wrong thing. I was told to send back and they would send the correct order but when I checked just up make sure they had it they said it wasn't in stock! Very very poor. Would never happen at AG.
