28.09 - I made order - big bertha v-series driver. 30.09 - confirmation and joke:We're pleased to confirm that your Direct Golf UK order: OR4424221 has now been despatched from our warehouse and will be with you shortly. 07.10 two emails, two phone calls - silence. 08.10 email to parcelforce and an answer: Our tracking information suggests that your item is still at the senders address awaiting collection. I would advise that you contact the sender directly to confirm the collection date that they have requested for this parcel. Bravo! Great job Direct Golf! 7-10 working days delivery - very funny.

ordered goods and paid for on 27/9/15..still not arrived..sent countless emails...no replies from direct golf..tried phoning all week..lines are down.have used D.G many times in the past without issue,normally tremendous service,very very dissapointed that they won't even reply to my email as at the moment it's the only way they are contactable.very poor that a business cannot get their phone lines sorted within a week!

A disaster from start to finish. It started with an advert that stated there was 20% off all bags which proved to be incorrect,, only applying to limited bags. Next an order which had not been delivered after five weeks, in spite of me chasing it. It never ever arrived , but that did not stop Direct Golf sending a message saying I had returned the goods ( even though they had never been delivered!). I now await a refund which I trust will be processed with much greater efficiency than the original order.

Disgusted with the service. Took payment from me last week on the 30th for an order I placed in August and stated it was dispatched on the 30th and still no order or indication of when it will be arriving . Tried phoning and the telephone lines are down. So no way of tracking my order. Actually feel robbed

Absolutely shocking service. Informed item dispatched, a week later still no delivery, no way of contacting dispatcher and phone lines been down for at least 2 days, so no way of finding what's happening Save time and effort and buy from somewhere else.

I waited almost 2 weeks for my order then I received an email off customer services "thanking me" for booking in a return and refund despite no attempt of delivery taking place. I think this was an attempt to try and boost sales from a "special offer" of 20% on all products despite the majority of goods not being in stock which is very, very poor and extremely misleading. This happened to another couple of people I know too. A good suggestion to everyone is to try American Golf instead as I have never had a problem from buying goods there. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid ????????????

Ordered online 27th September 2015, goods supposedly despatched 30th. Received this review request 3rd October, then received an email processing returned order. Goods never received, no history on parcel force track & trace. I've never received the goods and now can't contact Direct Golf on phone or email. GONE BUST ???

My item was apparently dispatched on 30 Sept . I got a tracking number but 6 days later no delivery and still showing as no tracks for this item. I e-mailed customer service but no response as of yet. So in my opinion not good enough.

It is the 5th October and my order was placed on the 26th September. I have received an email to review my order as my review apparently matters to Direct Golf. I have left several telephone messages and sent emails with no reply to either. I will be cancelling my order and demanding my money back.

Ordered a putter never ever came so don't see why it's in their returns so not pleased company phones down surprise suprise

I ordered a pair of trousers and a top 3 weeks ago. The site said both items were in stock and be delivered in due course. The funds were instantly taken from my bank account. After 2 weeks without delivery or any word from Direct Golf I called about the order. I was then told that the trousers were out of stock and I would receive a refund for the trousers and the top would be sent the next working day. If I hadn't have phoned, I'd still be waiting without word for my original order. A further week has passed with no delivery or refund. When I try and track the order on the Direct Golf website, it says no orders outstanding. I have been trying to contact Direct Golf since Friday 2/10/15 without success and a continuous message saying that all phones are down at head office. This whole ordeal has left me without any items that I ordered and out of pocket for the cost of the items. This has left me frustrated and extremely disappointed with the service and processes of Direct Golf and most likely won't be ordering anything from Direct Golf ever again.

Placed an order on line 17.09, confirmed despatching Wed 30th. Waited till Friday. Checked Parcel force, no delivery. Checked Direct Golf on line, no order history. Chased by e-mail Friday evening. Monday 14.07 hrs get e-mail processing my return! No goods, Not good service. After using for many years will think twice in future before using Direct Golf

I purchased a Bushnell Neo plus from DG three weeks ago and the rubber USB cover broke off after the first charge. I called DG the following day (Sunday) to ask about the returns policy and was told that the customer service team would contact me via e-mail to discuss this, they didn't work on a Sunday. I am still waiting for them to contact me! All I want to know is, do I have to post it back and wait for a replacement or can I return it to my local store at Ingleby Barwick?

Terrible service! Placed a large order on Sunday, 27th September and still awaiting delivery of the goods on Monday, 5th October despite advertising order before 4pm receive next day delivery when spending over £50. Tracking reference provided is not recognised, tried to contact by phone and head office phones are down, have previously e-mailed and still no response. quick enough to take payment and ask for a review but too slow to provide the goods or help the customer. Will not order through Direct Golf again!

Ordered on the 27/09/2015, been charged, received nothing , read news on internet 04/10/15 the company has gone to administration 02/10....????
