I am still waiting for me order to be delivered - I have emailed Direct Golf Customer Service twice for an update but have not had a response - I'm not happy!

I was waiting 3 months for my order. Called so many times and left messages- no reply, sent emails- no reply. I understand Golf Direct has had some issues but at least send an automatic email explaining the situation and whether or not I've lost my money! When I finally got through, the scorecard I ordered was STILL not in stock after 3 months so had to amend my order. This is a real shame as I've been a good, loyal customer to Direct Golf and with price matches everywhere else I'd now consider shopping elsewhere unless there was some sort of good will on Direct Golf's part. It's been a shambles quite honestly.

Order placed for custom fitted John Letters Irons on 23/10/15, not received yet, should be shipped today? The first issue was taking payment by card, ok at sales dept but problem at warehouse, but nobody informed me, I had to call to chase me order then I found out the delay was my card, but the same card finally went through on a different machine. I have an order pending for another 2 wedges to make the full set, I was told that the wedges were at the docks on the 23/10/15 and be into stock in the next week, but still not available.

I paid for a Tadmoore no.4 putter on 14th July 2015,it was out of stock but was to be delivered by 18th August 2015. It did not arrive ,after several phone calls and e mails i eventually gave up on ever receiving this putter. So in October i agreed to take a Yes Sarah putter and some golf balls instead of a refund. Several weeks and e mails later i eventually received my putter which actually turned out to be a centre shafted putter and not the one advertised [which was the closest i could get to the one i originally wanted]. I did contemplate trying to return this putter , but to be quite honest after 14 weeks of disappointments i am just going to walk away , put this one down to experience an vow never to use direct golf again.

Worst service I've ever had. Goods never arrived, they blamed technical issues, couldn't re-send the order so had to give a refund, then proceeded to take 6 weeks from date of purchase to refund, shocking service. Will never use Direct Golf again.

Very poor. Ordered a club over a week before I went away to play for my holiday. While I was away it was cancelled as they had technical issues. Refund was guaranteed in 5 days. 3 weeks later no refund, had to go through PayPal to get money back. Very late replying to emails too. Not helpful, very unprofessional. Would never go back.

Not what you sent or how quick it was because that was very sufficient, but it wasn't made very clear that Footjoy had changed the product & as I only use Pro Stinger or steel spikes in my golf shoes because of a bad accident when I had soft spikes, I find that it is now very difficult or not at all that I can get the write fixing apparently they are now called Pins which I cannot find & you do not sell which I find very peculiar. Unfortunately I will have to return the shoes & look for a different product which is a shame because I have been wearing Footjoy golf shoes for 20 yrs now. Cheers - Stuart Francis

I ordered a pair of shoes and some golf balls over two months ago. After several phone calls, one item has arrived despite assurances it would be sent immediately as the other item was out of stock. I am still waiting for the other item to turn up. Definitely won't be using this company again.

Very poor! Have been a customer online and in-store for years no issues. However over a month ago I ordered 2 gloves online, 3 weeks later received or heard nothing, a week of chasing and having to go instore after 'line faults' at customer services I was told to email as currently the company is going into administration and I'd have to chase for a refund, the store salesmen also told me lots of other people in same situation. I got home and emailed, with a quick response, my request for a refund was accepted and email received confirming I'd have the money back in 5 working days. Have I had the money - no, have I had a reply to the email I sent on the 6th working day asking where my money was - no. Buyer beware a good company which I would of highly recommended I would now strongly advise to Stay away from online. I'm chasing a meer £30, I'm just glad it wasn't a few hundred!

Have been told numerous times that the golf tees were sent, have received texts saying they are on their way, and we are still waiting for them 4 months later - won't be using Direct Golf again - terrible service

Placed order on the 20% discount campaign, order confirmed, then told out of stock but expected new stock in 3 weeks and would dispatch as soon as it arrives. Then after purchase was supposed to be delivered receive email saying system issue and order cancelled. Looked on web site item in stock...... Wrote email saying how disappointed I was, that was a week ago, had no response. Thought I was an unfortunate case but looking at these Reviews I am one of very many, Certainly won't be using Direct Golf OnLine or indeed the local shop in Peterborough. American Golf a much more reliable company

Placed the order on a Saturday. Requested goods be delivered by following Thursday. Order update said dispatched Wednesday. Parcelforce tracking showed no updates. On following Monday received an email "confirming receipt and processing of my return". (Goods still never received) Refund processed and received minus my postage charge of £2.99. Received notification that my order was cancelled. Tried ringing on several occasions to be told via recorded message that phone system was down.

i placed an order in the 20% sale, i recieved an e mail saying order dispatched. 10 days later still no delivery, clicked on tracking details to see order had never been processed, i then sent an e mail to direct golf who after another week replied saying they had cancelled my order and my money would be refunded, which i recieved yet another week later. terrible service, terrible customer service. One very unhappy customer.

Ordered a golf bag for my Brother's 30th Birthday. The bag never arrived, I emailed Direct Golf and got no response. I phoned Direct Golf and their phones were down! I finally get an Email from Direct Golf thanking me for returning the golf bag that I never received! I then get an Email advising me that I would receive a full refund within 10 working days! Direct Golf get my money within 10 seconds of buying and I have to wait up to 10 working days to get a refund! I had to get PayPal involved to finally get my money back. Direct Golf are a complete joke! Thanks for nothing!

Will never use again,said they had despatched order when they later said they hadn't.Money was taken for my order on the day they had called adminastraters in.All phone calls were ignored.Only after numerous emails,I got my money back.You have been warned!!!!!!!!

Made my purchase and waited 10 days, nothing arrived. Emailed them no response. 3 days later, emailed again. 2 days later got response from first email. Sorry item out of stock will refund in 10 days. Next day got response from 2nd email apologising systems down. Will refund in 5 days. Not worth it. Would buy with more reputable company. Take money don't deliver. Won't use again.
