I did click & reserve for store pickup every time i've done this with another retailer it's been there next day with no delivery fee direct golf charge £2.99 & it's taken 5 days i will be getting a refund & go elsewhere

Firstly the 20% discount was not deducted from my bill possibly my mistake, who knows? however when I phoned about it customer services tried to fob me off with 20% off my next purchase!! it was over £40 !! and secondly the delivery was Two/Three days & 7 days later I still have not received my goods, (hopefully today) they were for his Birthday last Thursday!!! Direct Golf dispatched the day after order so I should have received them last Thursday latest. From this experience I don't think I will Use direct golf again.

I placed an order on September 15th, immediately recieved order confirmation. So far so good.. On September 23rd having recieved nothing, no dialogue from Direct Golf, no dispatch note/email/text i decided to call and find out where my items were? "We havnt sent anything as one of your items isn't in stock" even though the website indiated that stock was available. I asked as to why i hadnt been contacted to inform me of this situation to which i had "I dont know". I was 'promised' the order would be sent out next day delivery and i would recieve it in time for an event i was organising prizes for. September 24th - Money taken from account September 24th - Stay in all day ....No Delivery. Call Direct Golf again to ask if anything had been dispatched "Our management are 'in talks' with parcelforce to find out what's going on as we have had problems with delivery lately" September 25th - Event day, Stay in most of the morning for delivery....Nothing Take a trip to American Golf to re-purchase everything that i had initially ordered from Direct Golf, so i had prizes to award... September 28th - Still nothing, Still waiting. The customer service on 2 occasions over the phone was nothing short of pathetic. As a continued 'buyer' for a monthly golf event im afraid i will not be using DG again.

You send me an email to ask me how to review the product but how can I review the product when I'm still waiting for it a week later not good It's only because I phoned That I know it's gone missing with 1500 other products with Parcelforce but the communication could've come from you

I wish there was minus stars because 1 star is too many. I made an order 11 days ago and I still haven't received anything despite many emails to customer services, three days ago I was told that I'd been upgraded to next day delivery, guess what still no items that I ordered. Terrible service, worst I've ever experienced

Been asked to do a review on direct golf Well the goods were ordered almost a week ago shipment sent in two parcels currently there is one with the carrier siomewhere and the other no one knows Spoke to customer services don't know when or if they will arrive senior management are aware of the situation - very reassuring

I ordered an Adams wood on 20th Sept using the 20% off discount code. The website showed this item in stock for delivery or collection. I selected free delivery. 4 days later on 24th Sept my order was still showing as 'pending' so placed a call to the customer service dept who in fairness were quick to respond and promised it would be sent that day with 'next day' delivery. It is now 27th Sept and I still do not have my item. This is the only the 2nd online order I have placed with Direct Golf and it was a very similar story with the first. There are numerous other options online for golf items so I will be exercising my discretion and shopping elsewhere in future. Cheap prices are no good if the items don't get delivered.

Orders 3 products from stock and its took over a week and items still not arrived. Tracking system shows you the tracking number and no items to track. Overall poor experience and the products still not turned up, see what week 2 brings. Take a look at Amazon, fast efficient delivery. How long does it take to pick and order, should be picked and packed within 24 hours and then sent on a next day delivery - this is the service customers want and should get... Must try harder Direct Golf on-line.

Still waiting for my order I placed on 19th Sept. This is totally unacceptable when website claims delivery witin 48 hours. I also called call centre to chase up order and to note my disappointment and was asked if I wanted to cancel. Is this what you call customer service. I was eventually offered some complimentary golf balls and informed my order should be with me by 23rd. My husband tried to collect it on 25th but it has still not river at go,f direct store in Stockton. Poor poor poor. I will not be ordering again in a hurry.

Very poor spoke to customer service they said didnt know where my parcel was had to go to direct golf they gave me product out of stock didnt recieve free gift

Ordered a few items that were supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days....a week later still not arrived and told they would be delivered the following week due to 'computer' errors....this after chasing up customer service on two occasions. Very very poor service recovery...items will be returned if they ever arrive. It was my first order and will be my last, will return to buying from American Golf, more reliable and better service

Ordered some balls at 8am on Monday morning. It is now Saturday 11.30am and they have still not yet arrived. Very disappointed now I have no balls and will have to purchase some from the club shop at even greater expense. Won't use DG again.

Still awaiting delivery of product ( despite promise of delivery last Thursday ) Now Saturday .Why make promises you can't fulfil - Customer service not much help. 2nd time this as happened. Will not happen again. Simply won't buy anything else from you . TB.

Ordered golf balls three days ago. Still not arrived. I didn't need them urgently but it was simply less than I was led to expect. Failed to meet expectations.

Very poor service. Most items ordered were out of stock. Kept moving delivery date back. Still awaiting 1 item I ordered in June !!! Will never buy online again from Direct Golf

Very dissatisfied ' bought a carry bag for a trip to France and first time out the zip on the large pocket came apart, the second time out the zipper fell off. I shall expect my money to be refunded as a result.

Enticed by the 20% off. Looked at the Titleist Velocity Golf Balls but they were out of stock, so looked at the refurbished/Union Jack Titleist Pro V1 golf balls for the same price. With 20% off I thought I was getting a good deal, however I now have 2 x boxes of Titleist -Pro V1 392- Golf balls, which from the format look to have been manufactured between 2003 and 2005, so I'm not too happy. http://www.titleist.co.uk/teamtitleist/team-titleist/f/5/t/4578.aspx They'll all end up in the forest or the lake as sometime soon, but nowhere did it say they were the 392 edition.
