Ordered a tour bag and 3 sets of tees... only the tour bag and 1 set of tees arrived. The Tour bag was damaged in several places and missing a rain hood as well as 2 internally ripped section dividers as well as wear to the sole - for a brand new bag. Not overly happy for a £220 order.

Direct Golf was excellent and you despatched the correct goods very quickly BUT BUT BUT your courier, Parcel Force, provides a very poor service. The on-line tracking system suggests that they tried to deliver the parcel at 1255 on 15th Sept but I was in the house and no-one tried to deliver. On 16th the tracking system said the parcel had been signed for and left with L MARSHALL. I have no neighbours with that name and NO cards were put through my letterbox to advise on parcel location!!!! After several on-line attempts and telephone calls to Parcel Force I was advised that the parcel had been left at the local POST OFFICE. Now that is a NOVEL APPROACH. I strongly suggest you review your choice of carrier.

were do i start ...custom fit details misheard...sent uniflex shafts not regular....1.25 degree upright not 1 degree , .25 extra length...then told oh this doesnt matter....went an listened to a pro who said wouldnt make any difference an used the irons now stuck with them.....stick with your clubs golf pro ....just been told a 47 overcharge not been refunded to my card but as a credit note when i clearly said wanted refund to my card...waited 10 days for refund to be told there had been an error....totally unprofessional company wish i had never entered into any transaction with them ...ps wonder if this ever gets put on their site ...DOUBT IT

I ordered two boxes of golf balls and two gloves for next day delivery. Late afternoon on the date of expected delivery, I phoned to query why the items had not arrived. I was told that there was only one glove available when the order was due to be picked so was not despatched. Surely I should have been contacted at this point to see if one glove was ok to be sent instead. Furthermore no one contacted me at any time to inform me that my order was not going to arrive. If you are going to promise 'next day' delivery, you should at least attempt it. I have lost confidence in your ability to deliver on time. John Davies.

The utter lack of communication, customer service, willingness to accept things were their fault, quickness to blame others and unwillingness to try and rectify issues is STAGGERING. On top of all the issues, I am STILL awaiting my order (4 days late, but that only tells half the story) I would be interested to hear how willing Direct Golf is to honour the Chairman's please of money back if not happy. I am sure they will find some excuse not to stand by that. An utterly disgraceful, dishonest, unhelpful company.

Not happy. It took forever to receive my tailor-made three wood. Despite chasing direct golf and promises made about next day delivery it finally happened on the third attempt (July to September). This is not the first time I have had problems. I purchased golf shoes which would not fit. I phoned customer service saying I wanted to exchanged for a more expensive pair. They agreed that I would return the original pair and they would forward the new pair and take the difference from my credit card. I returned the original pair same day, other shoes never arrived. After phoning customer service they admitted knowing of the request but, forgot to action. I bought the shoes elsewhere. Looks like I will have to do my golf shopping elsewhere, your sales support is terrible.

I ordered a taylormade bag to collect in store over a week ago , received an e-mail to confirm order and that I would get a call from shop within 90 minutes . Still waiting for phone call a week later very poor service .

Rubbish, ??? paid 4.99 for next day delivery ordered shirt Friday 28. 08.15 , now Monday 31.08.15 still waiting for shirt ?, absolute rubbish will recommend to others not and never use again personally

DIrect golf are usually brilliant, but this time around, I needed some golf balls and tees. For some reason, just about every type of ball and tee that I could have been happy with were out of stock. Grrrr.

Ordered a trolley battery and bag. After ordering I received an email telling me one of the items wasnt available. When I called up I was told none of the items were available and asked if I wanted an alternative. I was told the new order came with a bag and when it arrived no bag was with it.

I placed my order some weeks ago, but received no confirmation e-mail and nothing appeared against my account (and indeed still is not), though funds were taken for the order. It was only on following up some time later that I found the system had failed. In the communications with staff afterwards though they were prompt in returning my e-mails, I was left with an impression of wanting to close the matter quickly rather than getting the items that I wanted. As it was two of the items I'd ordered were out of stock, so I had to substitute one for a more expensive version and cancel the other. In the end my revised order was less than I had paid, but I've yet to receive any refund.

I ordered a pair of golf shoes and paid by Pay-Pal. You're system screwed up and by the time you fixed it I ended up not being able to have the shoes size 42E. No apology, you're screw up, I have to get the shoes elsewhere plus wait 48 hours before you credit my pay-pal account, MORONS!! You're service is crap, I will never buy off you again but hey you don't give a sh>t anyway do you.

Ordered golf suit with a 20% discount voucher, only jacket arrived when called guy said oh no not that again will send you Freepost address to send back, next day saw jacket only on site so called back to say would keep just jacket, that was ok but could not have my 20% discount, no reason given so I declined and had to go into town to return original. Bad service considering it was Direct Golf error and I won't use again.

Wouldn't have bothered with this review but I got an email asking me to rate the service, so here it is. I spent and hour going through their online store as I'd recieved a text advertising a discount I could use. Finished my shopping, applied the discount code in my basket succesfully, then phoned them up to pay over the phone as I had some credit I wanted to use. I was then told that I couldn't use the code on those items, there must be a mistake on the webpage. By the time I'd put the phone down and tried to pay online they'd rectified the mistake and when I continued the amount was different. I sent an email and got a reply basically saying those items weren't in the offer, despite the fact they had been 10 minutes before, and they weren't listed in the exclusions of the offer. Surely if you make that mistake and display the items at that price you have to honour it?

Order never arrived and was only told the items were not going to arrive once I emailed customer services, communication after my order was placed was not good considering it was a £667 order and in the end had to cancel and place with another supplier.

Ordered a wedge for next day delivery before a golf trip. Club wasn't dispatched until delivery day. Rang customer service and advised it would be delivered before 1030 next day. Delivery didn't arrive, spoke to customer service who were to chase and update me. No updates and went on trip without wedge. Pretty disappointed.

Goods delivered to the wrong address, delivery driver allowed total stranger to sign for the goods. Very disappointed.
