My order was collected from shop and did not have my contact number and therefore the staff were unable to telephone me I was told this was common Parcel force issue and then when I got home the two items I had purchased one was not what I had ordered. Can I suggest "Stop Using Parcel force" if this is true. I now telephoned the shop to be advised that I should call customer services to be told the 54deg loft of Cleveland lob wedge they did not stock and therefore they had replaced my order with the next loft size 56deg. I was now advised that they knew of the purchasing error on their web site but it had not been addressed and I could return but if I had known when placing my order I would have placed with another company. The reason for the 54deg Cleveland wedge was to use as a sand wedge as Callaway APEX irons now do not have a SW therefore as I'm just about to place an order for these APEX irons but will be considering where to purchase?

From start to finish your customer handling from the Teeside store was diabolical, after all the times I have shopped there and never had a problem, this last experience beggars believe, and to cap it all, I've been informed that it may take up to 10 days to be reimbursed, if the money is not back in my account by Monday 22nd then I will be taking legal advice, Totally not acceptable.

Utter incompetence. Phoned to have an order of Ecco biom 2 changed to a smaller size and have their discount Flash15 promotion applied. Was assured it was done- twice! Arrived the wrong size and no discount applied. Phoned to have them exchanged and direct golf arranged courier to pick up next morning but didn't arrive until a day later. Incredibly when the replacements eventually arrived they were still the original wrong size!! Sent back for full refund. I'll just go to the local pro shop and pay the full price and get the right shoes. Don't bother with direct golf, would have given minus stars if I could.

Having ordered driver with stiff shaft I was delivered driver with regular shaft. On reporting this I was informed no stiff shafted drivers were available. I'm left wondering was this a genuine error?

Sent me wrong club (dare I say it probably deliberately as I can't believe your stock management would allow such errors in this day and age and if it can it needs looking at!) as don't have the right club in stock! Sorry but not very impressed.

Went to the Farnborough store for a golf bag and the staff were not interested in helping me. Looked around for 15 minutes and not one person asked me if I was ok or if I needed help in anyway. Then I went online to order the golf bag and was told it would be 24 hours delivery,36 hours later I had to go to Basingstoke post office to collect. Will not be using Direct-golf again.

Bought 4 dozen refurbished Pro V1 practice golf balls & when they arrived 15 of them had cracks in them. Very poor service & anyone who practices a lot will understand how useless it is to practice with cracked golf balls. Some clearly has to fill the bags the balls come in so why are they allowing cracked balls to be put into the bags...??

Still no package! Tried to deliver but I was out, left card for me to collect at post office,bexley rd. went last night, no package went again today,no package, now understand its in depot at Crayford.cant be asked! Fed up.

Having ordered my goods on Saturday 23rd May and paid extra for next day delivery then not receive my goods by Thursday 28th May so called your customer services to be told the goods were not despatched due to 1 item of 4 not being available but no e-mail about this. I then rearranged delivery for Fri 29th which again never happened. I called yet again to ask for the delivery to be made Saturday morning only to be told Monday was the earliest I cancelled the order and had to go shopping to get replacement goods as the golf bag was a gift required for Saturday night. When I spoke to your customer services about the poor service and said I wont be using you again I was told "OK Sir" really poor service.

I ordered clothing and wedges. The wedges were in stock but the clothing wasn't, but the advertised due delivery was a few days away so I ordered. Biggest mistake! The clothing never arrived into them, therefore they didn't dispatch any of the equipment including the wedges! I chased, they gave me a new date for the clothing, hey presto that didn't happen either, however they continued to show delivery dates on the website for new buyers. Weeks had now passed and only when I challenged them did they admit the wedges were in stock and were sat waiting for the clothing!!! How bad is that customer service, they can't even be bothered to send me the items I had ordered that were in stock to me!!! The clothing finally arrived some numerous weeks after the order, so basically it took me over a month to get my clothes and wedges when American Golf could have done it in 48 hours and would have split the order automatically . In my opinion, only use Direct Golf as a very last resort! The customer service is poor, the company communication is poor and the ability to hold back purchases whilst waiting for incoming stock in order to save on postage is scandalous! If I can help it, NEVER EVER EVER again will I shop at DG

Needed 4 shirts for a group comp sent wrong colour so had to drive to local store to exchange did not have 4 of the same shirts we wanted sand only get store credit so we can not have the shirts we wanted and had to get shirts that do not match because we would not get a refund in time so really we have wasted £120 on shirts when we could of just wore some of our own shirts that do not match

Items took three months, chased numerous times but only received one call back, lots of false promises, eventually received items requested however not the extra item promised due to the poor service received, have use for several years but doubt I will again, very disappointed!

I ordered some items from you on a 24hr delivery paying extra for this option I received an e-mail at 8.41am on the 22nd May saying they had been dispatched it is now 9.00am on the 26th May and I still have not received my items. how are you going to deal with this
