Ordered golf trousers, came to me in wrong size, had to return, they never sent me the trousers back I had to phone them and then they sent them, and they weren't in the size I wanted either., haven't recieved the trousers yet. wouldn't order from here again! Disappointed

I have always found the staff are very helpful and the quality of service excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Shocking customer service. Item expected in stock in April still not in stock over a month later. Received no notification at any point to say what had happened with the order. Then, when I asked for a refund, was given £25 less than what I'd originally paid!!! Definitely won't be purchasing anything from Direct Golf in future.

Constantly told the wrong information, felt like I was fobbed off 4 times when requesting a refund due to postage problems.

I have waited more than 2 months for the delivery of a pair of shoes. Coordination and problem solving in regard to completion of my order was awful. I've used DGUK many times over the years and can't believe how poor the service has been. I have been told that a new computer system is in use at DGUK and that they have experienced a few problems - REALLY! You do surprise me!!! TERRIBLE...

My exeperience dealing with yourselves this time has been extremely poor. I ordered a new set of irons and the order was taken via the website. After being asked to contact your sales team I was told they were now out of stock. As the purchase was done through V12 I was told I needed to purchase items up to the same value. I then ordered a replacement set of irons and a pair of shoes, which I didn't really need. When these arrived the irons were the wrong one's. JPX825 pro, instead of JPX825. On contacting yourselves I was eventually told the irons were picked in error and the one's I oredred were in stock, then the call came to say they were on your system but not actually in stock in the warehouse. I now am in the position of having to post these back for you to try and then cancel the financial agreement. To say I am annoyed and have had my time wasted in an understatement, I'm sorry to say I will think long and hard before I deal with yourselves again!

Took far to long to get my shirts, when i did get them for X/L they were far to tight, the Lady i spoke with was very nice and helpful , she did say because i have waited a very long time to get them, she would put in a special order XX/L for me, and would get them with in 2WEEKS, also she was going to send me FREE POST ADDRESS by email which i have not received , please can you sort ASAP Calvin O'shea thankyou.

I placed an order with you on the 3rd of April for a Sun Mountain H2NO Lite 14 way Stand golf bag, it was under your easter Promotion 20% discount. I then received an E-Mail thanking me for my order but stating that the item was currently out of stock but estimating a delivery date of 23/04/2015 this date came and went without any further communication. On the 13/05/2015 i called your services department to find out what was going on as you'd already taken payment (£167.20) on the 06/04/2015, they said that the item was still out of stock and asked if i wanted to change my order as the bag in question isn't going to be in stock until JUNE ????? I do not want to change my order I ordered a high quality bag and that's what I want.

Received e mail that the order had been dispatched on 14th May only to receive an e mail from Pay Pal that i had received a full refund on the 15th ???? No explanation from Direct Golf as to why. Very poor

DIABOLICAL customer service never been treated so bad, lots of promises but no results. I have dealt with 4 people, including a manager from your so called 'customer services team' (what a joke that phrase is) over a period of a month and still not had my complaint dealt with. I recieved my golf bag on 10/04/15 minus a rain hood, spoke to customer services and promised somebody would be in touch, never happened. Phoned again, same promise same result. Phoned again, promised a rain hood would be sent out from manufactuer, guess what nothing happened. Phoned again, same promise from a manager this time who would deal with my complaint personally. Guess what, nothings happened again here I am over a month later from my original complaint and still no rain hood whats worse I have not had anybody contact me again. If you think this is Customer service i shall not be dealing with you again and shall be speaking to the OFT. One hacked off customer.

Not an uncommon problem these days. Technology supports best the most commonly used processes as they are well tested....anything else and you had best keep your fingers well and truly crossed. In my case I just ordered some golf balls, but did not want them shipped to my home as I am working overseas at the moment. Paid from my UK adress but send the balls to Holland. I am now on the second batch that have been shipped but still have not seen anything arrive on my doormat. Order was first OR4258850 and now OR4278013 also hasn't arrived. Funny enough I have been planning to replace my old Driver,Mizuno irons and bag. Glad I didn't order those yet. For now I'll buy some other practice balls elsewhere. Regards, Colin

Poor/misleading ads.....For free items.....emailed to highlight and then telephoned......customer service did not deal effectively with the complaint, you could have kept an unhappy customer with the right approach whoever answered the call did not CARE enough...... will not use Direct Golf again

Delayed orders. When contacted to discuss future delivery dates was given 4 different days, all of which were still inaccurate as the clubs didn't arrive. I found the service very poor and would be reluctant to use the services again

Really poor delivery service unfortunately, package ordered on next day, additional costs paid, package took one week to arrive after many many phone calls to direct golf. Complete mess up.

Normally I have no problems when ordering from direct golf. but this time I order stuff over 3months ago and still waiting on items to arrive. with no contact from direct golf unless I contacted them. and no mention of any sort of compensation for this massive inconvenience.

I ordered a Taylormade Fairway Wood a few weeks ago.I received confirmation that the same had been delivered and signed for by a Jones.this was on a Thursday evening and I e.mailed you and the company who confirmed the delivery that it had not been received and that I did not know a Jones.I tried to call you on the Saturday morning and held on for 20 mins before giving up. I finally received an e.mail from you on Mondayconfirming that in actual fact the club was not in stock and had not been sent.Ihave never received an explanation from you or the company as to how something could have been delivered which had not been sent.i trust that you have reimbursed my account.Needless to say I consider that your service is appalling and will not use you again.I ordered the club from another company and received the same within two days

Absolutely shocking! U shouldn't have to contact the company you are ordering from to find out what is happening with your order a week after you have ordered your goods! Then when i finally received part of my order i then received an email three and a half weeks later to let me know that i couldn't get the item i was waiting on and would i like a an alternative or my account credited! No way to run a business! Never use direct golf again!

Received a text off direct golf telling me about discount on golf shoes, so I picked a pair and phoned to order, guy on phone told me can't have discount because already reduced, so never placed order, got home that night when online to direct golf web site picked the same pair and web site give discount!! so I bought. More training needed for phone sales persons.

To order a product on offer and on line and then told at a later date that the product is no longer available is frustrating to say the least. The person handling my order was just barely helpful.
