Ordered a Cleveland wedge online to collect in store. Received a call to say it was ready to collect. Drove 15 miles to collect it, only to discover the wrong wedge had been dispatched!!! :-( Then very disappointed to find you didn't have one available at all!!!:-( Good old American Golf did, however, source one. Guess where I'll be buying my ping g30's from???

Ordered a battery, arrived and not the one ordered. Also no carry bag or connecting leads. Returned it for a refund as the battery required was not available. Some two weeks and 4 phone calls later still nothing. Spoke with a lady in personnel who resolved the problem and I now have a refund some three weeks later.

I received an email to detail the expected delivery date of the goods I had ordered - the following day I received a second email to say parcel was going to be delayed (no reason given). When parcel did arrive it was 'double' packaged the outside polylope had a DPD logo. Inside was the dirtiest shredded heavily gaffa taped up package with City Link logos all over the place. I thought City Link went bust before Xmas? When I stated that the inner package was shredded there were seven slashes/rips through the outer packaging with bruising on the goods packages as well as other issues luckily the only damage to the contents of the polylope was the packages were dirty covered in what I could only describe as soot like. It made my hands and fingers dirty and black. As a result of this I will not use this organisation again and I will recommend to friends not to use them also. What a disappointment.

i would not use direct golf again in the future. My husband bought some addidas golf shoes but after reading the reviews which were not very favourable he decided he wanted a refund. He looked at other shoes but there was nothing he liked so asked for his money back. He was told that he couldn't have his money back as company policy didn't allow it and when asked why wasn't he made aware of this before his purchase the manager advised him it wasn't company policy to advise customers of this. My husband was thinking of buying a new set of clubs as he is playing two golfing holidays this year but after this they wont be purchased at direct golf

brought bio cell driver assuming it was brand new for £99 only to find it out it was ex-demo was not indicated on web site

customer service is awful was told my order was being dispatched on the tuesday after bank holiday and was lied to was not dispatched until the thursday for items that stated in stock your service is simply not good enough.

As an unintelligent customer I used the wrong email address for my account. Repeated requests by the true person receiving all my emails to remove it go unanswered and unacknowledged by Direct Golf. Now my name, address, and phone number are in the hands of a complete stranger and no one seems to care! One star.

Sorry, but your service is terrible!! 3 times now have ordered items from you, 3 times you have taken my payment, via PayPal , and 3 times one or more items have been out of stock! What's that all about? Think you need to sort this out, or you will loose more customers, I won't be using you again! Regards M reed

Complained about delay in receiving goods . Complaint has been totally ignored. Would not recommend Direct Golf due to extremely bad customer service. In fact it is the worst customer service as far as dealing with complaints that I have ever experienced . My recommendation would be for potential customers to use some other company when shopping online.????????????

A screw-up with your delivery service and your database records. Your Post Codes not up to date and the Delivery company could not be bothered to check if your recorded Post-Code for me on your database had changed through Post Office Post -Code re-organisation. American Golf seem to get it right!!!

Used the click and collect service assuming it would be like argos or tesco where you purchase on line then go an collect it from the shop. After purchasing the item received an email saying my item would be ready to collect in 5days once it had been delivered!!!!! How is this a click an collect service??? More like a click, wait for it to be delivered, collect service!!!! If I knew this was the case I would of got the item delivered to my home address instead of wasting an hour of my life in travel and £10 on fuel. Would I use direct golf again? for sure. Would I use click an collect again? I would rather pull my eyes out with tooth picks

I was waiting for my products for 2 weeks, received nothing and I had to chase to find out what was going on. It was apparently for a glove that was not in stock (out of an order of 6 other products). Eventually after chasing a second time and waiting another 3 or 4 more days they agreed to send me a replacement glove (slightly more expensive) however this was a john letters not a callaway. Overall why I am not told there is a delay is crazy and then for the explanation. Don't worry though they offered me a £20 discount off my next order....providing I spend another £100.

The worst service I have ever encountered. Delivery company failed to deliver on 3 occasions. When finally received the goods they were wrong! Took over 2 weeks from ordering. Will not buy from DG ever again

My order has still not completley been despatched still waiting for 2 items this has been on going for months I have received no updates or apologies for this. If you purchase a clothing item from a store, then subsequently decide you would like to return, with tags & receipt, they won't refund you. You can only get a credit note! The best & most successful retailers in the country (M&S, John Lewis) do not operate this like this. Direct Golf could learn something from them. American Golf on the other hand will - I try to buy all my stuff from them instead.
