Still waiting for my new driver which I ordered on Thursday and had to pay that far away cost for living in the wrong side of the uk. How long does it take to travel from England to Inverness ?????????

Whilst the product is very good - Under Armour v neck jumper - and the delivery was excellent. I'm not impressed that I was added to a website called 'Rewards4Golf' who have started to spam me with e-mails I never asked for. So won't be using Direct Golf again.

Placed an order before 4pm paying for next day delivery and didn't get it next day very disappointed. Will not be using direct golf again.

After ordering 2 Footjoy golf gloves for my wife online with the picture of the glove showing as white and the colour box on the order form had only one choice, which was white, I understandably expected to get 2 white gloves, which is what she wanted. I received a brown one and a black one and have now been told that they don't have any white ones and if I want to be re-imbursed then I must package them up, go to the post office and make sure I get a certificate of posting, in case of any problems. Is it worth the bother?

Positives -Speed of delivery was impressive, the packaging was very good, price was excellent, additional discount/ early bird special for member of VIP club was great. Communication from the company clear concise, tracking info provided was great too. Cons - £100 putter with center shaft sent with Generic Direct Golf Union Jack large Mallet head cover with no explanation as to why not offical head cover not sent absolutely shocking. Why buy again?

At the moment I am having delivery problems and have to received my order. I was at home all yesterday expecting delivery. Parcelforce say an attempted delivery was made and card left. I can only presume they went to the wrong address as no card was left at my address. They my have tried to deliver to 1 Toddington Lane and not my address which is 1 Toddington (attached to Toddington Farm off Toddington Lane).

completely wrong information given , you have had my money now for quite a few days and I still haven't had the goods I have ordered and paid for. when I ordered I was informed stock would arrive on 22nd June , called into store on 24th nothing ! was given some limp excuse about you having "courier trouble" and goods would be in store on Fri/Sat nothing email arrives offering me my money back followed by another one that states that the first one was sent in error and goods would be in Monday ..... still waiting !! Placed an order of over £815 and was well within the time limit to recieve the £25 voucher advertised on your site, but i did not get this. Then tomorrow i was supposed to have my clubs biggest golf comp of the year at my home club and my order should have been here Friday or Saturday at the latest, however upon checking the tracking the delivery sent it to the wrong depo causing my order not to turn up on time. This has caused me a lot of distress and inconvenience and have now wasting £30 entering a competition i can now not compete in due to not having these clubs, so now i am £30 down + not recieving my £25 vouchers from you. Although very happy with the contents of the Order received I am very disappointed with the Delivery Service especially after paying an extra £4.99 for delivery within 24 hours on Monday 15/06/15 for delivery on the Tuesday 16/06/15 due to going on Holiday on the Wednesday, only to miss receipt due to actual delivery on Wednesday17/06/15.

Can I ask you to speak to Rebecca Ghosh, one of the managers in your customer service team, as the details concerned are too long to go into. Needless to say I have had an extremely poor service, but some fabulous help from Rebecca herself in an attempt to remedy all the issues. Regards, David

I've played one round with this glove and had 2 trips to the range and it's started to shred the palm already. Add to that that the fingers are too short and the thumb too long in XL. Not too impressed

I will not be using golf direct again. I was sent an incorrect order and when I phoned up to investigate I was told a return address slip would be sent to me in order to return the item and send replacement . That was over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting

On Monday 15th June, I purchased 3 Taylor Made SLDRs. I paid an additional delivery fee to ensure they were delivered next day as this was my day off. I received notification that my delivery would arrive on said Tuesday. By 4.30pm on Tuesday my delivery still hadn't arrived. I contacted Direct Golf who were quick to tell me that my delivery wouldn't arrive today as there had been a problem with my address and would be delivered tomorrow despite the fact that I had paid the additional fee to gain delivery on my day off!!! An attempt was made to make my delivery on Thursday but due to work commitments there was no one at the house to take the delivery in. I was informed that the delivery will be attempted again today but there will be no one at the house as we're working. Hence the reason I paid my additional fee to ensure I was home to receive. I suspect I will now have to go to the delivery depot to collect my items which unless the depot is open on Sunday (I suspect NOT) will now not be for another 10 days!!!!! You have received £392 of my money. I have received ZERO products!!!! Your operation needs seriously looking at. Very very unhappy.
