“Whenever I order from Direct Golf, the service has been very good. And I am happy to go back to them, when looking for items I want. The only point that I found I was not happy with, is with an associate company. Rewards 4 golf. They sent me a VIP card, with opportunity to sign up for different things. Even going through them directly, I have had no joy in getting the items. And have now given up. And will not use them in the future.”

“I had to return a sweater that was faulty. This was dealt with promptly and as there was no further stock for a replacement then a credit was given. I rang & ordered additional goods & my order was dealt with quickly and efficiently. All in all the service was exemplary.”

“I always find Direct Golf have a great selection of equipment and clothing which is priced to sell well. I have recently purchased some shoes online that turned out to be too small but I was able to conveniently take them to my local store and exchange them for something else. The staff at the Walsall store are always very helpful and knowledgable which makes shopping with them a pleasure.”
