“Having lost all my golf gear after a burglary, my insurer put me in contact with Direct Golf. They listened very carefully to the list of missing items and even suggested things that I had forgotten had gone, like shoes and caps etc. They matched clubs to my handicap and made recommendations as to which would be the best suitable replacements. Not only that but they delivered it all within days meaning I only missed one comp and sent me a £10 discount voucher too! Thanks Direct Golf you certainly know how to impress a new customer. “Excellent service, club and socks arrived a couple of days after ordering. This is not to do with Direct Golf but I would like to know why Mizuno, who I understand to be a Japanese company, have their clubs made in China !!! ?”

“I ordered shoes and added a golf glove to take me over the free postage threshold. I got an email saying "out of stock expected delivery 21 June" this was no good for me as bought the shoes for a holiday departing 14th June. I rang customer services the phone was answered very promptly by rebbecca. After explaining my predicament rebbecca quickly remedied the situation and surpassed my expectations enormously she really was brilliant. Polite, amusing, intelligent she needs promoting! thank you direct golf”

“re. return and exchange of john letters tour cart bag. I was very pleased with the bag, but if you check the rain hood it is not fit for purpose on a power cart as advertised by Sam Torrance. The hood zip operates from the top to the bottom thereby all clubs are exposed to rainfall. It appears to me that this bag is fit for ride on carts. p.s. john letters loss was powacaddys gain. but seriously I think john letters should look at this product.”
