“My husband phoned through his order and the following morning had a text message to say it would arrive between 8.35 and 9.35. it came at 8.40, it was unwrapped and on its way to the golf club within an hour and he shot a four below par game .....not bad for a 78 year old. Extremely good value, excellent service, husband without the usual grumbles, that has to be a top purchase.”

“Dear Direct Golf I ordered gift vouchers online to be posted to my home address in time for my husbands birthday. They arrived as expected but contained the wrong monetary amount. I contacted the customer serviced and they were very apologetic and assured me that the deficit would arrive by fast post the following morning before 10am . true to their word they did arrive as promised on the morning of my husbands birthday. Luckily he was at the Belfry playing golf and didn't arrive back until that evening so all worked out fine!! Thank you for sorting out the mistake so efficiently.”
