“I placed an order for a Ping G25 Driver in Sept but was informed in mid Oct it had been cancelled due to problem. I lost the 20% offer on at the time. General lack of any interest in poor customer service”

“After returning my faulty shoes it took 4 requests, 25 days, before a replacement pair were dispatched to me. If I had not chased the replacement shoes (4 times) I have no idea how long it would have taken to get the replacement pair”
