“Customer Services very polite and helpful with arrangements for exchange of items (assitant's name was Scott). Very quick delivery. Only suggestion is including Freepost details on the returns label included in the delivery note. Hadn't noticed it wasn't on it and had to pay for returns postage at Post Office”

“The service and free delivery was exceptional. however the shoes that I bought were a very small size! they were 8 1/2 but fitted the same as my 8's . so I have to return them and get a size 9. Otherwise everything was perfect”
