“Excellent customer aftercare. I had ordered two pairs of trousers and didn't like the style of one pair, "The Wrong Trousers", so I phoned for an exchange. This process was handled very efficiently by an operative named Scott, well done! He emailed me a Freepost returns address and also pre-ordered the trousers I now want. An great service.”
