“Ordered a couple of clubs the process was seamless. Got delivery the wrench to adjust club was missing. Rang up local direct golf explained problem was told pop down and pick one up. Which considering I bought it online and not from them no reason really to give me one as the shops are franchise.WELL DONE.”
