if i could give 0 stars i would i ordered 2 weeks ago and ive received no glasses no email explaining when they will arrive! The 0800 number doesn't work and the 01494 number may as well not work either as they dont answer! absolutely 0 customer service

Ordered Glasses, within a week they had broke. Cheap nasty plastic. Contacted them to say they had broke was told they would send out another pair ! Waited two weeks, in that time I was unable to read and my eyes were sore. NO GLASSES. NO CONTACT ! So I rung them, was lied to me I was told their machine had broke, but would get next day delivery! NOTHING waited three extra days contacted them, and said I now wanted a up grade even offering to pay the difference ! I was then just refunded…. No contact nothing. DO NOT BUY ! After reading the above reviews something I wished I had done before I bought, BIG lesson learnt, I’m now going to go to Trading Standards, clearly something is a miss here !

Its a con... they take your money and make excuses why its taking weeks to get them ... ie.. machines have broken down... i had the same problem with another on line company.... i personally think they take your money and have no intention of sending you your order and just keep you waiting weeks and weeks... but in the mean time they are making interest on the costumer's money... if they have million pounds of orders, how much are they making in interest a month... a great way to earn money without lifting a finger.... AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible, next to no customer service. next day deliver is non existent. emailed me informing i had to pay additional money for the service after paying prices stated on the website and delivery took over 4 weeks. Will never use this company again, nearly £100 spent on glasses when i could have gone to my options and got better service and value for my money. Would not recommend.

Where to start? Easy DO NOT USE THIS SITE! took 4 weeks to deliver so had to go on holiday with droken glasses, arrived with wrong lenses asked for a refund was told NO as they deem lenses suitable! Said they will only refund frames leaving me £69 out of pocket and unable to now afford more glasses so my sight at risk of being damaged. again PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ROBBING SITE!

I’m still waiting for my bloody glasses unable to phone you as for some reason your phone is always down, You will not reply to E mails in fact there’s no way to contact you. Just give me my sodding glasses.

Service is useless will promise priority service and there is no such thing ( they take as long as they take, they finally will tell you,) keep telling you you later dates for delivery. Do not trust this cowboy company with anything urgent.

I’m very suspicious of this company. The address they have given doesn’t belong to them, it’s a carpet warehouse. Also they don’t respond to emails and I haven’t received my glasses or had any indication when they will actually arrive. Be careful, I’ve asked for a refund and will pursue this through PayPal.

Very very disappointed with Direct Sight. I chose my frames and ordered Premium package with varifocals, photo chromatic lens and all the trimmings etc. I included an up to date prescription and my PD. I just couldn't see properly out of them when they arrived; gave them a few days then had to send them back with required form and explanation. Also the frames were described as large, but they were very small and too tight on the sides of my head - the arms were too long, which resulted in them falling off my nose. I then received a reply stating that I would only receive the amount for the frames and not the lenses!! This meant that out of the £186 I paid, I would only receive as a refund about £24 for the frames. Totally misleading advertising. Looking closely at the Returns info, it states "return frames", which I assumed included the lenses......I would avoid this company unfortunately. I decided to ask that my lens and frames were returned and I'll go elsewhere, but check them out more thoroughly first!

Ordered the rapid service and paid an extra £15 for the service. A week later they still haven’t arrived. Can’t comment on the quality as I don’t have then yet. However I do think the website should be more honest about timeframes. The price might be lower than the high street but you’ll wait a lot longer for the glasses than you would with a high street optician

Its ashame you cant give a no star rating avoid ordering glasses from these people i had to send my glasses back as wasnt right posted them first class a week ago and company still say havent recieved them back i find that hard to believe guessing this excuse is so they do t have to repay the money please all avoid sadly i just posted first class with no tracking number but even royal mail said first class they would have recieved them by now STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SO CALLED COMPANY

Don't believe the promises regarding returns, highly unlikely they will get your glasses correct, then refuse a refund.

I should have read the bad comments before ordering! It has now been 20 days and no glasses have arrived! Contacted the customer service team and they was very rude! So poor this company! Its not even funny! I feel like I have been robbed!

Reglazed my Oliver Peoples glasses - returned the frames damaged, refused to accept any responsibility and insisted the damage occurred in transit, but also wouldn't claim against postal insurance. AVOID.
