Ordered a new sub ohm tank (Smok tfv16). First time i filled tank would not close. Spoke with customer service and we tried all the fix its they recommeneded. Nothing works. Then they spring the warranty doesnt cover tanks, but they will give me 20% off a new one....this is a new one.....so what does their warranty cover....obviously nothing, last time ever using them

I cancelled my order because your website did not allow me to take pic of my ID. My CC was charged immediately and they took over 4 days to cancel transactions - lying all the time that they never charged my card. Had to file a complaint with the BBB. Never again.

Received faulty device. Paid nearly $100 for something that won’t even turn on. Troubleshooted with new batteries, videos and phone calls. All kinds of hassle for a brand new device. Now I can’t even get it replaced or return it because no one will call or email me. Waited on hold for 30 mins. Still nothing. I am not happy.

While the inventory is good and prices are comparable the shipping is awful! Every time we order it takes at least 7-10 days to get the product. Done with DV...

Ordered from this site several times and found their website to be quite unnecessarily difficult to navigate. God awful design. There customer service is a joke and practically nonexistent as it is nearly impossible to even find the phone number from their website. Expect deliveries to take at least twice as long as advertised EVERY TIME you order no matter how much extra you pay. And yes they do sell tons of clones, it’s pretty obvious when you get their products that this business is just a step up from a classic philippine scam lol

Orders are constantly wrong (50% or more). Prices on their site often different than what shows up in the cart. Customer service is hit or miss. I've had some agents straight out call me a liar and others taken care of issues ASAP. I can't use them again, it's more of a time waster than anything. It's worth more money to shop somewhere with better consistency and service.

Shipping sucks, CS is no help and I paid for priority 2-4 day shipping. Well 7 days later, still no product. Thanks for charging for priority and then taking who knows how long for the product to arrive. I was hoping this would be a great place to order Salt Nic from but it appears the only winner here is the business owner. Do not buy from this vendor - horrible CS and shipping via USPS is terrible.

They don't even deserve one star! Bought SMOK RPM80 PRO and had issues with leaking. Contacted them gave me instruction how to use it, followed their instruction but it was still leaking juices. They told me to send back, I sent it back and waited for more than 10 days with plenty of calls to see what is going on. They send me another one supposedly the same brand but it was still leaking. I asked for a refund, strangely they told me they do not accept refund and I had to order another product with only 25% discount. Maaaaaan I got tired and bothered with them. Please be aware not to buy their products, they just rip you off and take your money. Go and find other brands in your local vape store better than to involve with DIRECTVAPOR!

Ordered a SMOK G priv 3 and 2x3 pack of coils yesterday 08/12/2020. Total order $114.00+. So the shipping was lightning fast for the coils ( tfv16 lite .15 ohm.) And shipped the same day only to find out that my mod and default color were back ordered. When the site clearly said in stock. I had no problem getting a response or a refund for the mod. But now I have to wait 5-10 days for the refund. So can't order from any where else and have 2 packs of coils I can't use. So they still got $28.00 out of me. Looks like they make their money by deception. Went on the site today and it still says they have the mod in stock, even after I told them the color didn't matter . I will never and I mean never order from them again. Not even coils. So buyer beware. The reason I have them 2 stars is their c.s and refund only took 1 day. But if you have had good experiences with them than go for it. Me you only took me once and we're done. By by direct vapor. I would pay a higher price for better service any day Kevin Neel

Bought this on June 6 and was broken. I received a RMA on June 16 to return it under warranty and was told it would take 5-10 days to process. After hearing nothing I contacted them on July 17 and was told it could take weeks to process. I received an email on August 4 that it was being sent to the management team and I would hear from someone within 24-48 hours. 4 days later I had not received a call nor email so I contacted them for info. It’s now August 12 and still no contact. Bottom line, BUYER BEWARE, buy from these people at your own risk. If there’s a problem don’t expect any response much less any service, just throw away whatever you bought and buy a replacement from somewhere else.

This company charged me almost $50...then sent me on a wild goose chase that took 7-hrs to reconcile. My account stated they shipped me a Wismec Starter kit and that I received it. After talking with customer service and no help - I called the USPS. I then found out they must haves mailed me a letter ‘cuz it was 1 oz. Seven hours of MY time to rectify this mess. I will NOT be ordering them ever again. Very angry!!!

I ordered a smok and it broke after I charged it once. They made me pay for shipping to send the product back to them, and I haven't received word since. So not only did I lose my product, I paid extra shipping to send it back and didn't get that money back as well. Do not order from these guys, they too you off .

Second time purchasing from Direct Vapor. Also the last time. My orders been sitting for over 24 hours and hasn’t shipped. I even paid for expedited shipping. Customer service said they won’t do anything for 20 days. Terrible company. Will not be ordering from Direct Vapor again.

I placed my order 72 hours ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. I called the customer service number they provided and I was told it will take 20 days for a refund. I will no longer be using direct vapor. Terrible customer service and lack of shipping.

DIRECT VAPOR refuses to honor their own warranty and manufacturer's, like VOOPOO's, warranty. There are plenty of honest vape suppliers so why deal with crooks ?

I actually used direct vapes for over a year and had no problems up until recently. Therefore there should be no problem, I am in the system age verified and all. With that being said, it has now been *8 days* since my order has been listed as "being packed". Not only had it not been shipped out yet but the order hasn't even been filled yet! That's ridiculous! I understand wait times with the pandemic and all; I am an understanding person but, when your left in the dark and, you advertise SAME-DAY it NEXT-DAY shipping and you don't live up to it that's so inconsiderate and just rude!! And let me add, trying to get into contact with someone through customer service had been the BIGGEST effing hassle. They site took me on circles & of course the customer service number is closed on weekends 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've never had so much trouble with a company before. Really disappointed.. did I mention this happens to be the biggest amount of money I spent with this company as well. Not in total but at once. I'd normally spend about $20-30 depending on what I needed. Well I spent almost $70 not $20 and Id like to know wtf is going on! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I even placed an order with the other company I use and literally got it in 2 days and they are further away from me then direct vapes. Wtf direct vapes.. definitely lost me as a customer in this one.
