Placed a large order for tank coils 29 days ago with nothing showing up. Called 2 1/2 weeks after I placed the order to be told it would take 30 days before they could submit a ticket. I called again today to be told they would put a ticket in but management wouldn’t get around to LOOKING into it for 5 to 7 business days. When they do send my order, if they send it with a reliable shipping company, it will be well over a month and a half to receive my order which is far too long and extremely frustrating. I will never order from this company again.

I purchased glass tanks for my freemax, not realizing they wouldn't fit. When I immediately contacted them they refused to refund, replace, or allow a return of any sort. They are still in the boxes. They did offer a 10% discount on another purchase. Why would I purchase from a business that doesn't stand behind it's products?

i ordered a nic salt juice “ bundle “ , a individual bottle of salt nic & a nord vaping bundle . i was actually pleased with how fast shipping was & was ready to leave a good review , however upon opening my package , they sent the juices , coils and pod but the nord wasn’t there . they did resolve it by sending a refund but they didn’t contact me to tell me the nord was out of stock ( even tho being listed as in stock , weird . ) , when i contacted customer service they just sent me my email back , but then they sent a response and refund the next day . i won’t use them again but at least i got the refund . the boxes were damaged but so far everything is not broken .

If you want it in a week and a half you have to pay more for 2-4 day shipping because it takes them 4-6 days to pack it. How hard can shipping a bottle be. They would get more business if they had a one day packing policy.

Look, I know there's a pandemic. However, there's NO reason to not respond to a customer's email. I asked when they were going to ship since it was past the estimated 72 hours, and received NO response. Ordered the 20th, shipped on the 25th. No email, no phone call...this is not okay. I know they're busy. I know they're having a huge surge of customers. Not being able to ship in the estimated time frame, okay. BUT LET US KNOW. Especially when I shoot you an email!

Never ordered from there before. It said due to high volume and covid 19 orders could take up to 48 hours to ship. Not a big deal. I ordered on the 4th, today is the 14th. I chose standard shipping which is 5-8 business days. I wrote an email to customer service. I got a one sentence reply "solved". It wasn't solved, only one item had shipped wrote back again. Took a few days. Another one word response of "solved". It just shipped today. By the time i I get anything we are almost at 2 weeks. I would have paid extra for expedited shipping had I known it would take 2 weeks. Glad I only ordered a couple of small things before placing a bigger order because I've never ordered through them... Won't be ordering from them.

I cannot say this 'is' DirectVapor, but I have ordered from them 2x in the last month, and had my bank account hacked 2x in the last month. I am not a big online shopper, and rarely leave my own city. I shop 2 - 3 major online vapor stores and that's about it. So this happening twice in a month after purchasing from them I am suspicious, and will not purchase again. Buyers please beware, and I would like to hear if anyone else has had this problem with any of the major online retailers recently.

Ordered some items, then went on vacation. Expected them to have been delivered while I was gone, but when I got home I had nothing. I checked my email and noticed I had never gotten any confirmation email, so I logged into my account. They never shipped the items, because they couldn't verify my age! They never contacted me to inform me of this, I had to log in to find this out. How long would that have sat waiting? Also, this is the only place I've ever had to do that at, so it seems shady. When the product was supposed to be delivered, it wasn't because it required an adult signature. Again, this is the only place that has ever done this. Also, who is home during the day anymore? I work Monday-Friday like your average Joe. Now I have to go out of my way to go.to the post office to pick the item up.

I ordered naked brain freeze 60ml it was on sale for about $10, he qualified for free shipping and 15% off coupon. Unfortunately, the item is out-of-stock, I never heard anything from the company, finally when I sent them an email a month later they said it was out of stock and they did not know when it would be back in stock. Then when I looked on their website it was apparently in stock but at a higher price. I don't know where there was a bait and switch for what but I am unhappy. I would avoid this seller there are plenty of other options

Products never delivered and know after 8 weeks they say it was delivered then though it’s still not in stock. No return of money, bank will have to go after them. Hope this helps, try EIGHTAPE.com

One they mailed me the wrong item And two instead of sending me the right item through the 2-day express that I requested and paid for, they are sending it via priority mail which takes 2-4 days. It wouldn't be a problem if I didn't pay an extra $20 dollars for the shipping to have them mail me the wrong one but to use a different shipping that cost less is what I'm upset about

First off they do have decent prices. However they have no customer service. I looked everywhere for a number to call regarding my VERY late order. After a month of waiting I had to contact them someway and found an email. I emailed them three separate times and never received a response. My fourth email I demanded a refund. They responded to that and said my order was on backorder. I understand that this happens but this was never communicated to me. I was told I need to watch the order status for updates. I check daily and it constantly states preparing for shipment but never shipped. I told them to cancel the order and refund me. That was three days ago and I have not heard back or received a refund. Needless to say, I will NEVER give them any of my hard earned money again. Stay away!

Ordered two bottles of juice. A 12mg and a 6mg one. 12mg showed up but was 3mg. Other one never came, turns out they had none. Never told me, refused to refund.

My items were back ordered for almost a month. When I didn't receive the order in a couple of weeks, I contacted the company and was told the items were out of stock and back ordered (NOTE: they'd already deducted the payment from my checking account). When asked if I could purchase something they had in stock, nothing I wanted was in stock. I finally got an email from someone in Customer Service (Chris) who said they had one package of something and asked if I wanted it. When I wrote to him to authorize the purchase and asked him to send it, he never got back to me. Then, when the back ordered items FINALLY I arrived in the warehouse and were ready to be shipped, they tried to bill me for the purchase AGAIN! Not happy.

Direct Vapor makes it very difficult to cancel a subscription. You have to talk to them over the phone. Don't fall for their stupid subscription bonuses. Shop somewhere else!

I get it. They are the number one rated online vape company. I had nothing but problems. I get it. Things happen, but to me it's how the problem is handled. Only 2 times out of the 15 times I called did I speak to someone that actually cared about all the problems I've been having. 80 % of the time I felt like I was the one bothering them. The reps that answered the phone made me feel like they couldn't wait to get me of off the phone. Horrible way to treat customers. Thank God for the 2 reps that were nice, or my problems would never have been rectified. Plus it seems they don't mind sending you a million emails of all their great deals. However, my emails I sent them complaining of my issues. Again only 20% of the time that responded to my emails. I'm not going to bore you of all the problems I had. But to let you guys know how they handle it is something I know you customers would want to know.
