“I was at Dis-chem Verdi earlier today. I needed help so I asked an assistant if she could help me. She said "No I'm helping someone else" ( she and another assistant were both helping a customer choose between 2 products and it was taking quite a while). Then the first assistant whom I'd asked for help looked at me and sauntered off leaving me gaping in her wake. Such rude and dismissive behaviour. It's clearly true that certain racial groups are unwelcome at Dis-Chem. I'll have to find somewhere else to shop. I was very disappointed by this poor attitude.”
“Dischem Head Office, is there any chance that you can PLEASE recruit more pharmacists or assistant pharmacists at the Blue Crane, Meyersdal Dischem pharmacy. We are really tired of waiting in long queues to just obtain medication from self-medication counters. Is this fair to wait 25 - 30 minutes to be assisted? Highly frustrated and disappointed customer”
“Always shortstaffed stand in line atleast for 20 mins and never have stock on shelves on certain products I could always get at one store go to another branch then they have some but out on another its inconsistent and pathethic then the staff will say oh our branch is too small only the bigger outlets stock this, I say its bad magement and staff farting around not doing their jobs and not makimg sure that stock is being re ordered or replenished thats BEE for you but remember YOU SAVE MORE @ CLICKS#WEE”
“Their online shopping service is not up to standard. I have ordered and paid for goods online, which they have acknowledged, but after 6 days I have had no response from them, even after submitting a query on their website on day 4 enquiring what the problem is. They do not even bother to respond to this query.”
“It is so frustrating to go to the shop and find that a product -is out of stock. Then online it says available, you place an order then few days to be told its not available while it still shows available online. Two of the shops the item shows online but when i call to confirm they are out of stock for the same product. Why are you not updating products online. Dermopal Sunscreen shows available online and in store in most shops but dololo! stock.”
“I took my baby for her routine vaccine to pavilion Dis-Chem at 9am and as I get there another lady is sitting and also waiting for a 9 am appointment for a covid test with only one nurse working now how does that work ?? I was so worried and on edge the entire time , how are vivid tested being done in the same clinic as children being vaccinated I found that completely ridiculous and will not be taking my baby back to a did hem pharmacy !!”
“Dis-Chem really needs to look into ways of rewarding their customers better, I’m a loyal shopper and I feel That their point system needs to be increased and their latest Disney sticker collection reward was a real disappointment!”
“I bought a pack of 4 of your SOFTI tissues in the boxes. Every time I go to grab a tissue more than one comes out because the tissues have no been cut properly. It’s not a huge issue but it’s an issue that I think needs to be sorted, it is really annoying when you go to grab one tissue and like 4 come out at once because they are not cut properly.”
