“I’d like to thank Mario at your Sea Point Dis-Chem for the extra support and effort he went to in assisting my son with his weight loss challenge, my son wanted to loose weight and needed help understanding what products which were needed as part of his weight loss/training program. In 4 months he has lost 30kgs and is feeling unbelievably well, his confidence and happiness has increased significantly. I’m incredibly grateful Mario was able to make such a difference helping my son to achieve his goal, Marios his positive attitude will have a lasting effect on my sons future, Thank you Mario I too will be grateful for helping change my son’s outlook on life. Forever grateful. Allyson”

“I am giving 5 stars only because of the speedy way in which I was served at the OTC counter in Canal walk today. In other branches I usually have to wait much, much longer with the same number of people in front of me. I complented the staff because I was so so impressed. Keep it up and thank you once again.”

“We visited Dischem @ Irene Link. The Dispensary manager Dewald was very helpful and even answered my childrens questions about being a Pharmacist. This was really good customer service. He made the visit something to remember. Thank you Dewald and Dischem.”

“I urgently required chronic meds which was out of stock for a while. My regular pharmacy could not assist. I then tried Dischem Foreshore and was assisted by Abel who went out of his way to find what I required. He then handed me over to Jana at Dischem Culemborg who continued with the awesome service. These 2 staff members truly know the meaning of customer service, well done! The good service continued throughout the store when I made additional purchases.”

“The convenant ❤️.. I went to the Dicherm Birchrest, oh boy, the clinic service was amazing. I didn't wait in a lpng queue, I only waited few minutes and I was seen by the nurse. Even had an online consultation with a DR. Oh boy❤️❤️❤️ I would do this over and over again... I am honestly happy with the service.”
