“I am so glad I kept my till slip so I can share what amazing service I got from Sifiso Mbokazi at the till in Woodburn Square in Pietermaritzburg. I always present my Dis- Chem card. He was the first and only one to tell me my card was not registered and took it to the lady who was going to help me with registration and she was also amazing. The cashier could have kept quiet and moved on to the next customer, like all the cashiers did all these years. I felt like a valuable customer. Even while shopping in the isles, there was always someone asking if I needed any help. One of the ladies actually left her isle to take the item from the shelf where I had searched before and gave it to me. ( I have poor eyesight, but can always spot great customer service). “Corine Howard at Dischem Table Bay Mall is always extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Yesterday, 7 February, Corine went to extra lengths to ensure that my new prescription was correctly processed. She took time to respond to my query, contacted my cardiologist's rooms to clarify and also support her understanding of the changed situation. Corine had to e-mail information as the cardiologist was unavailable (in theatre). She ensured that she had two available contact numbers and contacted me today to confirm medication and dosage of new medication. NB Corine printed new labels for existing medication regarding adjusted dosage to avoid any confusion.
