“The website is easy to navigate and I received my coffee beans the next day which is great but the coffee itself is awful....so sorry....i was really excited to have found a strong decaf bean as i am a coffee lover (minus the caffeine)...I won't be drinking this coffee unfortunately. Thank you for the great service tho.”

“The new website is difficult to use and hard to navigate. Purchase cannot be completed when using chrome mobile. Had to use browser. Maybe desktop version is better I dunno”

“Took a long time to arrive and was more expensive per unit than Tesco's (excluding the p&p - so once postage is included it was very expensive considering the slow delivery time).”

“Bought Lavazza ESE pods, it was such a good price I bought 2 lots, that's 300 pods. Unfortunately, the coffee is quite weak so I have to use 2 each time. This is very disappointing as they were such a good price, I thought I had found a permanent source for our office coffee. The search continues...”

Hi Kevin, As we don't produce Lavazza products we have no control over the strength or blend of their coffees, may i suggest you give our own French Roast ESE pods a go as this would be our strongest blend
