“The coffee is good, however the after sales service is appalingly bad. I ordered a buy 3 get 1 free, using the section button for 4 bags, I also added two additional bags of coffee to bring the order up to get the free delivery. When I selected the 4 bags it only put 3 to be charged (obviously as it was get 1 free). Only 3 bags (+ the 2 additional bags) were delivered, and when I queried it I was basically told, too bad there were only 3 in your basket!!! I tried to eaplain that their sales tool only put 3 in the basket as one was free, and they said that nothing can be done. So if you want any of the special offers make sure you select the individual bags multiple times, and not the selection button for multiple bags. A real let down, and abismal after sales service”

“The pay system filled in another address and I didnt realise till after purchase .I contacted you immediately but you said could do nothing after order was placed .The package was not delivered to courier for a few days so don't see why address couldn't be changed”

“My first order was for Perclo coffee, they came well packed, unfortunately there was only two weeks before the expiry date, this is not acceptable i feel.Contacted discountcoffee.ie who promised a refund, this has not materialised.”

“I can't review the product because I still haven't received it.I ordered on 17-12-25 ,and the website clearly stated next day delivery. It's now well past that date and almost a week now ,and i ve had no updates,no messages,and no delivery. I adjusted my schedule as per the delivery message received from the courier agency. This has been very disappointing experience.”

“I ordered two bottle of vanilla syrup 1 litre each. They arrived very efficiently however both bottles were damaged. They were both dented at the top and because of this the pump is lopsided in the bottles. They were parcelled very well so they put have been damaged before they were parcelled as the parcel was in perfect condition when it arrived. One of the bottles was dented once at the top and the other one was dented on both sides at the top. I am very disappointed with this as I was planning to gift one of them to somebody and now cannot.”
