I can't review the product because I still haven't received it.I ordered on 17-12-25 ,and the website clearly stated next day delivery. It's now well past that date and almost a week now ,and i ve had no updates,no messages,and no delivery. I adjusted my schedule as per the delivery message received from the courier agency. This has been very disappointing experience.

I ordered two bottle of vanilla syrup 1 litre each. They arrived very efficiently however both bottles were damaged. They were both dented at the top and because of this the pump is lopsided in the bottles. They were parcelled very well so they put have been damaged before they were parcelled as the parcel was in perfect condition when it arrived. One of the bottles was dented once at the top and the other one was dented on both sides at the top. I am very disappointed with this as I was planning to gift one of them to somebody and now cannot.

Packaged damaged and was never told . Had to call and tell you guys only to be told that you have too many customers and there’s no way you could track it

Ordered a coffee and got a wrong one, I also ordered wrong coffee pods with the same order and ask the lady on the phone can you take it back as a courtesy but she wasn't interested, also she organized a pickup date when we were closed when I asked why? She said I didn't told her we are closed that day but she never asked in first place,I m customer over 10 years but I won't be anymore.

One of the syrup bottles could not be opened, as the bottle cap kept spinning as it was defective. The other syrup bottle contained an ingredient that is a known irritant, and the ingredients were not listed on the website - why I don't understand, as consumers want to know what is in the products they are buying. After two emails, I finally heard back from customer service. Didn't appreciate their unbothered tone. Said I could return for a refund but I would have to pay shipping costs. Both bottles are glass and very heavy, so this would have cost me alot to return. One item was defective so this was not my fault and I shouldn't have to spend more money to reurn it. Customer service wouldn't offer a return shipping label or a courier collection, just an outright 'no we're not going to do that.' This is a company who obviously don't value customer service and satisfaction - very disappointing and won't be ordering again from here.

My order arrived with the incorrect products included, wrote to customer services.. took 2 days to get a reply and a further week for them to send the original product I ordered.. bear in mind I’ve been ordering for years and am a loyal customer.

Would not recommend, ordered a syrup that was available online, got sent the wrong one, then when contacted the company got told the one I ordered was actually out of stock even though it still showed available on the website. Got a refund for the syrup but lost out on almost 5 euro of delivery charges. Would not reorder.

5 emails for 1 order. Even the owner emailed. They obviously don't care about GDPR. My email address was given to you for one reason. To buy coffee. Not to give a review. Not to be contacted by the owner. To buy coffee. How many more emails will they send?

First time using the site and probably the last. Bought 3 1kg of coffee. One of the bags had an expiry date due up a few weeks after purchase. Mistakes happen and that’s fine but I have emailed and sent a message on Facebook and have not had any response which I think is bad form. If your business model is to send out end of life products and then blank the consumers you should state this. Would not recommend. I will go back to my previous provider.

Sadly after several years of excellent coffee & service Discount Coffee no longer price in GBP only in Euros which means I would incur a bank charge on each purchase. Sorry for a business based in Northern Ireland that is very poor practice. I can no longer recommend you as a supplier

Ordered coffee beans on Friday before their 3pm deadline for next day delivery. After 5 days, my order has not even been dispatched yet. Local grocery stores are only slightly more expensive and you'd have the beans immediately. Other online coffee suppliers are cheaper with 1-week delivery. If Discount Coffee is neither cheap nor fast, why order from there?

I ordered few items from the company for the work event a week in advance of the event. Their website stated that it is next day delivery if order placed before 3pm. Friday come, I still didn't have my order. I send an email, but never got a response. I contacted them first thing Monday morning just to find out that the order was damaged en route and they would send new one out only Monday afternoon. The package didn't arrive on time for the event. I had to go and search items myself in town and it was a big hassle. They were nto in hurry to send a new package as they took action only after my call on Monday. Very poor service.
