“Received decaff coffee instead of what was ordered. The packaging was excessive for only 1 container of coffee and a small jug - a lot of waste”

“My package arrived with one of the items leaking through a lid which was not properly closed (which means it must have been opened prior to delivery) and with one other item missing completely, packing slip just said "none left". I was not contacted before the order was shipped to substitute the missing item, so if I didn't follow up myself, they would have just charged me for an extra item. I did get a refund for the two items, after messaging, but this was a pretty unpleasant experience to be honest, especially since all of our previous orders were without any issues.”

“i ordered a caramel sauce and pump. i received the pump but was sent a hazelnut sauce instead. i’m sure it was a honest mistake but i would like to get my caramel.”

“They wouldn't allow me use a voucher code I had because of their Black Friday 10% discount already applied (I think my code was for 15%). I had to make an order for the items, I couldn't wait, but the next day or 2, they announced a 25% discount. Really disappointed with that underhandedness and will not order from them again.”
