“The service is really good. I am getting reviews and information of other coffees from the service. This helps in making choices on coffee types. The coffee that I am getting is really enjoyable. The descriptions are accurate and help to choose the type that I like. I have been using discountcoffee for a relatively short time, but already have mentioned them to friends who I know enjoy coffee as much as me. The delivery service is so fast too.”

“Overall great page for the coffee orders but would like to see actual discounts for folks that are ordering often. Have a sense that regular customers are treated the same like new ones which doesn't provide encouragement of more orders.”

“Very prompt service, products well packed with wrap , delivery box not as strong as it usually, therefore dents, and a tear in box”

“Good website but the delivery by DPD is not great. Most recent time, they delivered a day late and dropped the box over the three foot hedge rather than ringing the door bell, denting a few tins.”

“I like fast shipping. But the last time when I ordered hot chocolate Eraclea 1kg it says Best before 04.09.2026. I understand that I bought it cheaper but to consume within 2weeks 1kg of hot chocolate is impassible.”

“Amazing price and range of products, delivery was also quick!”

“The products are always perfect and at a great price. I was disappointed to have had an item unavailable and it just cancelled off my order and refunded without getting the option to look at alternatives. As I was paying for shipping for the whole order, it would have been nice to be asked if I wanted to look at other items instead of just shipping the remainder of the order.”

“My only issue is that recently I got a discount offer on email but the ESE pods were all out of stock - but were then available after the 5 days elapsed - coincidence probably but a little annoying. Other than that a great service.”
