“Company needs a better mechanism to be able to adjust orders post checkout if required up to a limit time. Emailing the company to attempt to do this is a fruitless exercise. I've used discount coffee for years and on my first problem (of my own making in fairness) there wasn't a lot of help unfortunately.”

“As usual, a fast delivery, efficient process, good value for money each time. Unfortunately three of the 4 tubs of hot chocolate were slightly burst at the base as the cardboard design of the hot chocolate tubs wouldn't be the strongest. This can happen in transit especially at busy times of the year for couriers so we probably only lost a few cups of hot chocolate overall. We would still recommend discountcoffee.ie”
