“Two of the packs that we received were within days of expiration, Temple Bar and French Roast. The beans were dried out and stale. We tried one of the fresher packs, Italian Passion, it was very poor quality. Very disappointing. A response was received immediately from the company and a refund was kindly issued for the 3 packs above.”

“My package must have been stored in a wet place I ordered 2 boxes one was fine the other was damp and had like mud or something on it. I didn't take a picture because I don't like to complain and wasn't going to untill I see this email”
