“Delivery or rather non-delivery. It took over five working days for my coffee to arrive. Courier lied about trying to contact me from the Monday to the Friday saying that he had phoned me every day and got no reply. Rubbish. I'm have my mobile powered on 24/7 and have never ever had a missed call. I suggest that either Discount Coffee or the Courier Company check his mobile phone record for proof that I received no such calls. And then give him his marching orders.”

“I placed my order on Monday 28th March and paid €6.50 for courier delivery. It is now Thursday 31st of March and I am yet to receive my order. I spoke to a woman on the phone yesterday at discountcoffee.ie who was rude and dismissive. I had placed my initial order of 1kg of coffee with a view to buying the 5kg packs on a regular basis if I liked the coffee. However I'll be taking my orders elsewhere after this experience.”

“I placed an order on December 29th and it has not arrived as of January 10th. Price + shipping cost + delay in delivery = the service is not of any use to me.”
